Very good value for money for a budget hotel. I had a Deluxe room with balcony which I didn't use as there was no view and the extreme heat and humidity was not good for a 76 year old. Housekeeping very good. Clean towels and 2 bottles of water every day of my 30 night booking.

There is a lifeguard on duty during the day but you MUST observe the flag system. I think it's a very important and excellent safety feature. I think people generally overspill from banglar road which is like a circus. My head was spinning once I reached one side. A lot of observers walking through like it's a red light district in Amsterdam. I went into the New York bar/club who, put on a great performance with local bands. Lots to do, lots to eat and drink. Lots of ppl if you like a buzzing atmosphere most day's but can become too much.
Overall. A beautiful stunning beach where you can watch the sunset, fly, jetski, book a ride, tour, lounge and eat. It pretty much has everything! If you want peace and quiet. There's plenty to choose from just up or down the road.

I enjoyed my stay in the Patong area, but I much prefer the beach at Kata. There is plenty to do at night especially if you enjoy live music. Had a great night at the Irish Bar opposite the beach. If you are looking for well priced authentic Thai food you have to venture away from the main area, otherwise I found it's more for the tourist. I was lucky enough to spend time with a local to show me around & get to experience the real thing.

It all starts with the people - you will not find find better people in any other hotel - don’t care if you at the Ritz Carlton reading this - the guys at Patong Heights are better and make you feel really really welcome 🙏

Patong at all is Very busy but good to see. We have been travelling all over the Phuket island for the time we have been there. It is interesting to see the Thai culture and the food was extremely delicious especially on the street restaurants
Normally i won't give a 10 but regarding the service level and friendliness of the staff (reception, bar/breakfast area) i do give it a 10. The rooms are more spacious (40M2) then compared to even rooms at 5 stars resorts and well designed and the beds and pillows are excellent. In many hotels in Thailand the beds are to hard. But here not (and not to soft to). The hotel is at the beachfront. Cross the road and you are on the beach. The hotel is only 3 years old and still looks like it was built yesterday.
I was really hesitant to give this place such high ratings as I’d like to keep it my little secret. However the staff are some of the most accommodating in all of Patong, the rooms are very clean and well maintained, lovely little rooftop pool, within walking distance of most anywhere…all that and it’s incredibly affordable. So don’t stay here, I want it all to myself!!!! Seriously though you’d be hard pressed to find a better budget hotel anywhere in Phuket…the best hands down!
The Charm Resort provided wonderful accommodations for my stay in Phuket. The restaurant had delicious food & drinks. My room had plenty of space & included a large bathroom/ shower area. Located right across the street from Patong beach. Easy access to shopping & swimming. The roof top infinity pool gave me a great spot to relax and watch the sunset. I look forward to another stay with the Charm Resort in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The location was perfect- away from the main drag and noise but within easy reach of the beach and other points of interest. what a great 8 days stay in this Days Inn in Phuket. the location is perfect, the room gets cleaned everyday with free supplies of bottle drinking water and changing beddings quite frequently, and the staffs all seem very polite and working hard to keep a positive clean comfortable atmosphere in the hotel. for sure it’d be the best value for the money you spent in accommodation in Phuket by far.
The location is the best if Patong beach is what you are aiming for during your stay in Phuket. Patong beach is three minutes walk from the hotel. Everything in Patong is within walking distance and the hotel is surrounded with everything that guest might be looking for (restaurants, bike rental place, tour agencies, ice cream shops, juice bars, laundry shops, pharmacies, massages etc.
The best thing about this property was the staff - they were super welcoming, forthcoming and helpful with everything I needed, starting from room service to booking tours, taxis, helping to rent a scooter for a much friendlier price etc. The hotel was also very clean and the facilities - excellent. Overall the best option for price/performance in Phuket.
