Very good value for money for a budget hotel. I had a Deluxe room with balcony which I didn't use as there was no view and the extreme heat and humidity was not good for a 76 year old. Housekeeping very good. Clean towels and 2 bottles of water every day of my 30 night booking.

There is a lifeguard on duty during the day but you MUST observe the flag system. I think it's a very important and excellent safety feature. I think people generally overspill from banglar road which is like a circus. My head was spinning once I reached one side. A lot of observers walking through like it's a red light district in Amsterdam. I went into the New York bar/club who, put on a great performance with local bands. Lots to do, lots to eat and drink. Lots of ppl if you like a buzzing atmosphere most day's but can become too much.
Overall. A beautiful stunning beach where you can watch the sunset, fly, jetski, book a ride, tour, lounge and eat. It pretty much has everything! If you want peace and quiet. There's plenty to choose from just up or down the road.

I enjoyed my stay in the Patong area, but I much prefer the beach at Kata. There is plenty to do at night especially if you enjoy live music. Had a great night at the Irish Bar opposite the beach. If you are looking for well priced authentic Thai food you have to venture away from the main area, otherwise I found it's more for the tourist. I was lucky enough to spend time with a local to show me around & get to experience the real thing.

Patong Heights is one such place
No airs no graces they just deliver what you want when you want it
It all starts with the people - you will not find find better people in any other hotel - don’t care if you at the Ritz Carlton reading this - the guys at Patong Heights are better and make you feel really really welcome 🙏
Jeff and Vivien Sa and Phuw and Zor - et al keep on doing what you’re doing cos you’re doing great - one example is how they kept me the same table every night without asking as they knew I liked it

Do go just to enjoy Patong and see for yourselves that these guys are awesome

Patong at all is Very busy but good to see. We have been travelling all over the Phuket island for the time we have been there. It is interesting to see the Thai culture and the food was extremely delicious especially on the street restaurants
Great property with amazing pools, superb breakfast spread and very clean and spacious rooms.
The back road had access to good restaurants, massage parlours, supermarkets and shopping all less than 5 mins walking. Patong Beach is right across the hotel (however not the best beach to swim in phuket).
The hotel had daily activities for adults and children, most of which were free.
Breakfast timings were 6-1030 which is amazing and also the buffet had a variety of Thai, Asian, continental cuisines. Very good quality stuff.
The rooms are clean, hotel located near to the beach, beach towels available at the reception, Mr. Sami is very friendly guy, contacted me via whatsapp after my booking and arranged hotel transfer on my request from airport at a good rate. First booked only for one day and then spent 6 more days in same hotel for my stay in phuket. Seven Eleven and Halal Restaurants nearby. They did not charge me extra for late checkout. In this price very nice rooms and nice location.
THe location of the hotel is top notch. Saying that it is located at a walking distance from Patong Beach and Bangla road is in itself an understatement. Apart from the location, the hotel has great service in the restaurant, has an excellent swimming pool with a bar, and a very good roof top lounge for chilling at sunset and later. The rooms are fairly spacious, with a balcony to each room. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Phuket.
The staff very friendly and helpful. They do their level best to get you what you want. Always they check with you to ensure things going well. The house keeping clean and organize the rooms daily. Swimming pool well cleaned and maintained. Room size is good enough and has pool view which awesome especially at night. The hotel Manager and Ella were outstanding in their support and services. Highly recommend this hotel for your trip in Phuket.
The room is simple, but big and good (with TV, AC, cupboard, etc.) Also, the hotel it is near the main street of Patong for nightlife/clubs, and you can go to the beach by walking abut 8 minutes. The reception was good, and they help with all of your doubts as well. An important detail, is that the hotel is 8 minutes walking to the Phuket airport shuttle bus (if you plan to took the public bus as a transfer).
This is a perfection spot in Phuket. The staff were exceptional and always went above and beyond. We stayed here for 5 nights and can’t recommend this place enough! The breakfast was exceptional with a huge spread and variety. The location was brilliant, with the hotel offering free shuttle service within the patong beach area.

For the cheapest hotel I could find in Phuket the hotel were better then our expectations. Sure the furniture and decorations are a bit outdated but fully functional. The gym was nice. The breakfast were pretty okay. Got free water every day and the personal were really friendly. Great location with about 1km to the beach and even shorter to the famous night street.
I stayed in ocean front room on the first floor and it was awesome! I could step out on my balcony and the ocean was just a few feet away and the view was incredible.
The best part about staying at the Amari Phuket is the staff they are amazing and go above and beyond when it comes to providing the guests an amazing experience. It’s the best hotel in Patong!
Friendly Staff with Lovely location at the central area. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Continental BF is perfect, Bread, milk, yogurts, fruits, cheese, sausage, egg, cereal, muesli, coffee, tea, and juice. Complimentary 24 hours for coffee and tea with some snacks. Second home in Phuket. Enjoy the small plung pool with Jacuzzi on the top floor.
Great location, walkable to beach, street food, tastee restaurants and patong party area. Family room was huge and awesome. Regular rooms are best value . Would stay there again if visiting Patong area in Phuket . Northern Thailand all around much better value and less herds of tourists.
It wasn't our first time in Phuket, but by far this accommodation was the best.
From hotel's location to the hospitality of the personnel, everything was great.

Great location in the heart of Kata night market and 10min walk from the beach. This was probably the biggest room I had in Phuket, spacious and comfortable. The owner is absolutely lovely, very kind and helpful if you need any guidance. I will definitely come back here :)
The view . The view is the best in phuket. You get access to a beautiful beach that is quiet and beautiful. It's a short walk to a great restaurant . (Seaview). Jasmine the owner is lovely and is all smiles and happiness. We will be back . Definitely.
