Decent place to stay for a night if you have a morning departure or late night arrival but I wouldn't stay any longer. Staff doesn't speak any English but they were nice, the guy at night helped us catch a taxi which wasn't as easy as we expected.

The free shuttle service was good and well communicated of how to find it in the airport. The lobby area of the hotel is lovely, the restaurant is good and reasonably priced for a hotel but there are other restaurants you can walk to along the main road. The staff were all really friendly and we were able to check in as soon as we arrived even though we were a few hours early. We didn't actually sleep here as we had a 2am flight but the cost was great to just have the room for the day.
At Residence Suvarnabhumi offers comfortable rooms with lift access to all floors, as well as the convenience of a restaurant and a laundry service.

Convenient, close to the airport, hotel can arrange airport pick up for a reasonable fee.
Above all, all staff working in the hotel are very nice and willing to help.
Will not hesitate to stay again if transit in Bangkok.

Surprisingly nice place. We got in late and left early so didn't see much of it. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant (paid separately) but left too early for the free breakfast. They gave us free airport drop off instead, which we were very happy with.

The location was centralized for the areas I wanted to go and visit. It’s important to keep in mind where you want to eat and where you want to go and see the ancient cities were all around. It was perfect. The location had a beautiful view and the room was excellent.
