We had an incident with the pipe bursting in our toilet and pouring water out. But the staff were so responsive in getting it fixed within 20 mins and without asking had the housekeeping standing by to come and clean up immediately after the repairs were done. We understand these things happen, but their responsiveness really made all the difference.
Other than that the villa we stayed in was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Would definitely go back again!

So incase you have nothing to eat at night, you can drop by to the 7E. Because at Khao Yai, mostly restaurant closed early. The staffs also very friendly and kind ✨
