What can I say about the hotel other than absolutely wonderful. From the min we arrived greeted by friendly and helpful smiling staff. The rooms are well air conditioned and Great showers with a nice balcony. The pool area is clean, open and inviting with lots of loungers to have a lazy day around the pool and always around to welcome you.
The food we had by the pool was excellent to, nicely presented. The breakfast is amazing and you will not struggle to find anything you like. All in all if you want luxury in Phuket with good location to the beach and surrounding areas than look no further and book here.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The friendly and helpful staff were fantastic. The beach is just across the road, which is super convenient. The breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The bed was excellent – large and incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

This area was more family friendly. The shops had everything you needed and were well priced. Eating establishments were similar but all served good food. Getting around Karon Beach was easy we mostly walked up and down the main street. Getting taxi was easy and plenty available. Seems like the best time is in the evening with the heat and more shops open. This was by far the best beach we visited.
We did not use the beach area so can't comment on the actual beach area.

Lovely long sandy beach.
Lovely long sandy beach. Doesn’t get too busy as it’s so long. Waves were fun to play in but too strong for non swimmers. Jelly fish were about as it was the season for them. Tourists left rubbish on the beach that went into the sea with the big waves. Some of the sea sports were too close to swimmers and no beach showers. Great to see the sunset.

Beautiful beach with clear water and soft sand. Lots of shade options along the sand, and surrounded by many incredible shops and restaurants. Quieter alternative to Patong beach, and within a short taxi ride if you still want to experience patong without being right in the overwhelming action. It was our first time in Phuket and we were initially unsure whether to book accommodation in patong, Karon or Kata beaches, but we were so satisfied with Karon.
Along Karon beach, great icecream at Garang Artisan, and great food at sweet chilli restaurant. Heard great things about sabaijai too!! We were also advised to avoid walking around between 11-2 in late april as this is the hottest time.
Lots of tour options for phi phi islands from karong, and only a short trip from other major attractions like the big Buddha, ethical elephant sanctuaries and old Phuket town.

Stay close to the beach and you'll be surrounded by restaurant options, bars etc. Don't stay at the secret cliff...

But there is no shower with fresh water, there is nowhere to even wash your feet from the sand. And there are also no places to change clothes.

Karon Beach was large, open, and lovely for swimming and lounging. There was not a boardwalk area, but a nearby main road hosted countless restaurants. It was more low-key than other areas and we preferred Karon Beach to Kata.
The owner Dave is a very nice guy. The room we stayed in was really spacious, comfortable and quiet with a nice view of the mountain. Great location close to Karon beach, banks, 7-11, bars and restaurants. Less than 10 min walk from the Smart bus stop which runs up and down the west side of the island for 100 THB. A public bus to Phuket town stops on the road where the hotel is located and only costs 40 THB.
The rooms are very quiet and comfortable with enough space. The staff is very nice and very helpful (help for booking island hopping, taxis, etc.).
Swimming pool is well appreciated.
The location is perfect if you want to go to Kata beach (15 mins walk) and Karon beach (10 mins walk).
I recommend Kata tranquil hotel when you're in Phuket - you will feel relaxed !!

All the facilities are kept clean and well maintained. The beach access is a huge plus and it is one of the few hotels to be actually on the beach.
Breakfast was great, pool area was so amazing. The staff was friendly and location is great if you are stay with kids. Everything you need is close by hotel. This is a nice choice for families. If you are looking more nightlife and parties you should travel to Patong (tuktuk 15min) and Kata (tuktuk 5min).
Fantastic boutique hotel a few meters away from Karon beach. Pascal and Philippe are amazing hosts. Rooms are large and very clean. Well equipped . Beautiful decoration. And the breakfast !!! One of the best I have had for a long time in Thailand. I would even come back just for that !
Great place, I really liked to spend my days there. It is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and everything works well. Easy check in and check out. After a bad experience with a hotel in Phi Phi, this simple accommodation saved my trip to Thailand. I definitely recommend it.
The stay was amazing we booked a room with pool access. The staff was friendly and was readily available. We bought floating breakfast once and it was super. Plenty of cocktails are available in the pool bar during happy hours. Would love to stay again in this hotel.
it is regretful we arrived at night and only stayed only one night, so impressed with the nice staff and beautiful view, and the food is good as well. Definitely next time I come to Phuket will choose this hotel and stay longer time.
Very nice place, on route for the bus from phuket old town, and close to bus stop to go to phuket airport. Only 10 minute walk from Karon beach (South) and 16 minutes to Kata beach. Lovely room and place. Based on a busy road though
Beach is just infront of the hotel. Located in the heart of karon beach, Two 7-Eleven store nearby, reasonable price and has swimming pool. The staff accomodate early check in for us, and allowed luggage store and are helpful.
Staff was very kindly and helpful. Location is great - near 3 min walk to Karon beach, that is definitely less crowded than Kata beach. 3 min walk to 7eleven and currency exchange:) Also you could rent a bike near the hotel.
Easy to find, located by the main road. Only 10 minutes walk to the largest and to my opinion best beach in Phuket - Karon. Nice and neat rooms, very clean. Bikes available for rent at the hotel at the very good price.
We were fortunate to get a room with pool access which I loved it would have been amazing in nice weather! My favorite thing was having 24/7 access to the pool which we have never had with any other hotel!
The hotel amenities were unparalleled, especially compared to other resorts in Karon Beach. The pool, breakfast buffet, and dining in the water at Char'd Grill were some of the highlights of our trip.
the main pool is great, the hotel is modern, it is 4 stars, but it is much much better than other 4 star hotels in Thailand. Comfortable beds, big new flat TV.
