The communication was easy and their response quickly. .I arrived after check-in time, which wasn't a problem at all. The welcome was very nice! The accommodation is just 10 mins walk from the airport and was easy to find with the map they provided. The room is big, clean and the bed comfy. The airconditioning was already on and the room had a perfect temperature when I arrived.

Everything about this place was fabulous! You are in a lovely quiet clean area of Phuket but close enough in a cab to get to anywhere you wish to visit.
The pools were awsome as were all the staff. There was transport to and from the rooms to the lobby, bar, restaurant etc so don’t worry about the rooms being dotted about in a hillside.
Food was fantastic and the breakfast is by far the best I have ever experienced - it was phenomenal!
Rooms were clean and the shower was great.

Cleanliness! The room is spotlessly clean, I can walk on the floor without wearing slipper and no dust on to my feet at all!!! The toilet and shower room are super clean as well, so impressive! Air conditioner is very cool, bed, pillows are soft and warm. TV is also easy to turn on and find the channel . Free A/P pick up included, super value for money!

I went to Ban Bo Han for an overnight stay in order to catch a morning flight from the airport. I was only there for an afternoon and evening. There were plenty of shops and restaurants and, for Phuket, the traffic was not too bad, so quite a pleasant place to walk around.
