Hotel room was a lovely size, very clean and cleaners very friendly. Balcony was a nice touch too.
Breakfast was always great, nice selection, particularly loved the fresh omelettes.
Reception staff friendly and main areas clean.
We've stayed before and will stay again, the spa treatments are brilliant. Particularly the Thai ones.

The room was nice. However, I wouldn’t expect additional charges for bathrobe usage (6€ per bathrobe) - the room was already very expensive.
The waiter in the bar was very kind. The breakfast was very good.
Enjoying a panoramic position over Portorož, Villa Bellevue is just 200 metres from a sandy beach. The villa houses an indoor swimming pool and 2 saunas are available all the time-all year.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient and easy to find. The view from the room was very beautiful, directly to the sea! Free parking was very convenient. Even though after 10pm the reception is closed, there is a ring bell if you need something they will come and solve your issue for not as long as 5 minutes.

We regularly return to this hotel every summer. The hotel is beautiful, in a perfect location and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I would especially like to point out that this hotel has the most friendly and professional staff. Also, I would like to praise the Sophia restaurant located within the hotel, which can satisfy the tastes of even the most demanding gourmets.

Portorož is the most popular beach resort on Slovenia’s small but undulating coastline. It was first developed as a health resort and several spas remain. The largest is the Terme & Wellness LifeClass Portorož, offering treatments using local products such as salt pan mud, seawater and thermal mineral water.
The huge complex is surrounded by some of the 4 and 5-star hotels available on Booking.com. Nearby is the Hotel Kempinski Palace, a historic property built in 1910 as a retreat for Austro-Hungarian officials. Other Portorož accommodation options include guest houses with pools and beachfront apartments.
The beaches are of course why most people come. The main, sandy beach is awash with colourful parasols in summer, while offshore watersports include diving and water skiing. Boat trips from the marina sail along the coast and even to Venice and Trieste in Italy.
As the temperature cools down, the nightlife heats up as people start hitting the bars and clubs. Several casinos also provide another way to spend some time…and money, and there are also relaxed restaurants where you can enjoy the sunset.
Portorož Airport is just south of the city and in the opposite direction is Piran whose Venetian old town spread over a promontory provides a more cultural offering.
Really great and peacefull in May. People are great, service everywhere was great, food was delicious, drinks great. Prices were okay, expected for a place near the sea and with terme/wellness offer.
It really near other interesting places, like Piran, Izola, Trieste...I recommend visiting by car or renting one and touring around.

Lovely place for long weekend, great place for spring and autumn. We are visiting this place twice a year for very long time. Not the best place for summer vacation, but for long weekend it is one of the best places.

Very nice swimming pools with sea and termal water.
Our food was delicious, especially sea food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very neat and tidy.
Although there were not enough parking spaces, the staff tried very hard to provide us with payable parking.

A very bad experience, from everything that can be said about a hotel that does not respect itself.
We booked a Mosim room, paid in advance and received "another product",
Although there was a lack of reference, and the answer was
"Sorry. Although you did not receive the room you paid for and booked a month ago,
The hotel is full and you are welcome to stay in the room even though it is bad and not suitable for the reservation. Unprofessionalism, indifference and disdain even though they realized they were wrong,
And they didn't try to solve the problem they had. We paid full price, and we did not receive the product (a room that did not match our wishes and conditions) and we did not even receive a refund for the difference between the room we ordered and the room we received.

A beautiful resort- we went in September.
A beautiful resort- we went in September. An unknown gem to British tourists. I imagine too crowded in main summer months. The area is stunning- short bus ride to Piran- which is beautiful and interesting. Swimming in the Adriatic is wonderful.
Location could hardly be better to explore the short 47km Slovenian coastline - best cities Portoroz and Piran on foot. Just opposite the hotel is the best beach of Portoroz. Really friendly and helpful staff. Dogs are cool. Beautiful little garden, open-air setting for meals/drinks. Good breakfast with ample selection (though no variations from day to day). Good size sea view room on top floor with private little balcony, comfy bed, little desk, proper bathroom - great.
Great place, especially for those, who have a dog. 2 minutes from the room a big, private park to walk the dog. It was great. Thank you. Great view from the room. Nice personal. Quiet place 5 minutes of walk from the shore. We visited several towns on Slovenian seaside and here in Portoroz was for us the best acces to the sea. Enough space to lay on the sand, grass or wooden wharf.
Compliments to the staff first and foremost (@Mrs. Ana Katerina). Have received immediate attention and solution when addressing emergency dental problem on the moment of my arrival. Despite modesty, still found it as exemplary professional conduct. Thanks! Room was cool with satisfactory space. So was the hotel and location amidst Portoroz buzz.
Breakfast buffet was lush !
The beautiful hotel itself is a historical buliding which is kind of a simbol of Portoroz. It is located in the heart of the city, very close to the beach. All staff members are kind. If you stay there in the first part of the week, it is super pleasent, however, if you stay for the weekend too, you will feel it crovded (around the pool area, during breakfast, etc.).
The apartment is close to the old town of Piran and Portoroz. The Parenzana cycle path is easily accessible by bicycle, on which almost the entire Slovenian coast can be covered. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away. Safety parking place. This apartment has no extra services, perfect for those who don't want to spend their vacation in the apartment.
Nice renovated rooms, the seaside ones have a lovely view, I believe (I had view of the small harbor, though).
The saunas are great (at an extra fee)!
Free parking is included and it was not a problem to get a spot in the winter.
The beds are quite comfortable.
Breakfast was nice, though could be better at a 4* hotel.
House with a garden, olive trees, silent place with a view on the valley and the sea in the distance. We could sit outside in front of the house in the evening. Kitchen was equipped well. Portoroz, Piran, Strunjan, Mesecev zaliv in walking distance. Supermarket, pekarna, slasticarna not far away :-)
Wonderful location at the marina in Portoroz! Sleeping on a houseboat was definitely extraordinary for us! We would definitely recommend it as an adventure for family. (our stay was early April, it was quiet when we were there but could imagine that it becomes noisy during peek season).
We really liked the cuisine and the kindness of the staff. The hotel is located in a strategic position and allows beautiful walks in both directions. The hotel was renovated a few years ago. For the children the most fun thing is certainly the pools.
Its a beautiful place, overlooking the sea and Portoroz. We stayed in room 16. We had a great view. The room was decorated and stocked really well. Even a tea kettle and tea. Nice big bathroom. Big terrace and an indoor pool and sauna.
Excellent apartment, very comfortable for a family of 4, relatively close to the center of Portoroz. The owner was very helpful and thoughtful. Great that everything needed in the kitchen or bathroom was available.
Perfect place to stay in Portorož. The view is stunning and the hotel offers everything you need. We got free parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was so good. And you have few minutes walk to the center.
The location of the hotel is good. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of different options. Swimming pools and SPA area is nice. The staff is friendly and polite.
for 6 person we actually got an apartman with 2 rooms, clima mashine was great. The dinner was in a 5 stars hotel, which always was delicious and wide range
