Very lovely place. So comfortable and cozy, a lot of birds singing in the morning. The location is also nice, just 20 minutes walk to Olimia terms. Owners are so enchanting persons, very helpful and ready to do everything for more enjoyable time of their guests. Breakfast is tasty with different options, comfortable parking.

Saša is a very nice host and we had a lovely stay. Check-in was easy and we actually had the whole place just for us. We got an upgrade for better room with balcony :-) the room was nicely decorated, we had fridge and kettle with complimentary coffee and tea.

Podcetrtek is great holiday location. Definitely visit Terme Olimia and Olimje- the Witch‘s Hut (Koca pri Carovnici), Jelenov greben visitors center, restaurant and deer feeding, Monastery (Samostan). Beautiful nature and friendly people. Not far is Castle Podsreda worth visiting as well

This place is ideal for walks in the open and to enjoy the Thermal water spa OLIMIA which is the main attraction, the whole area is green and peaceful. It's a relaxing area with little to do as far as nightlife or events other than sports. Most hotels offer a generous buffet for dinner and breakfast even for people that are not staying as guests.

Small and friendly place with plenty to do. Amazing locals, great beer and local bakery. Beautiful nature and peaceful place to relax and recharge. Easy to walk and very safe. Lots of parking places and lots of shops , bakery and coffee shop. Wonderful and warm locals . Beer Haler is worth visiting, great food and amazing beer with great staff working there. Jager supermarket has everything what you need if self catering. Amazing bakery and locals selling their products.

If you’re in the area definitely check out Olime Springs. The spa centre is great however prepare to strip off and bare all for the experience! Highly recommend despite being caught by surprise by the nudity policy. Also stop by the local deer farm to feed them by hand.
Loved everything! Friendly staff. All details shared dyring check in. One of their pools was not working for the weekend so they gave us free usage of all other pools for the weekend. Great room with the balcony overviewing the forest. Restaurant with enough tables, excelent food choices and great staff. Loved the hotel location and plenty walking/hiking options. Parking is available and free of charge. Bathrobes and pool bags are available in the room. All the pools are connected with below ground corridors.

The apartment was great for us, had everthing that we needed, staff was friendly and helpful. It is great that all of the facilities are connected. We could easily go for breakfast at one hotel and then go to another hotel to the playroom. And the surrounding is really nice, you have a playground and of course the pools. We also to advantage of all the activities that the complex had to offer, for example: animation for kids, free yoga lesson ...
The studio is beautiful with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills and the farm full of animals, which can be freely visited.
The room is complete with everything, including a perfectly equipped kitchenette, and all extremely clean. The thermal baths of Olimia can be reached in just over 5 minutes by car.
To all this is added the kindness of the owner who welcomed us.
The apartment was spacious and really nice, lovely garden, well equipped with lots of things for children, whatever we needed the staff really helped us with. All in all excellent for families with children, terme Olimia are within 2 minutes of driving, everything was clean, there is a dish washer, a coffee machine, everything you need for a pleasant staying!
The Chalet was equipped with every possible amenity and offered a wonderful view of hills and the forest. The staff at the Aparthotel Rosa were very friendly and helpful. They surprised me with a birthday gift which was a wonderful gesture! Highly recommended
Very nice, clean, cosy appartment, the wi-fi was working well, the kitchen had everything we needed, the owner was really kind, he even got us a discount at Terme Olimia.. I definitely recommend this appartment, we will be coming back soon
The spa is ok equipped. And it's nice. It's very awesome to have animals at this place that you can feed (although you buy food to feed their animals). The air is perfect, and the view and position. It's not so far from Olimia center.
6 minutes drive from terme Olimia, very clean and quite place - just what you need for overnight stay after sauna and spa. Highly recommended compared to overpriced hotels. Very good value for money
Nice hotel, great room, helpful stuff, great breakfast. It's great that the Oridelia spa is only for adults. Beautiful and good saunas. It's great that they offer the option of FKK evening bathing.
The apartment is brand new and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable, there is enougth space for 4 person. It's close to all attractions of Terma Olimia.
