Breakfast was very good with a large selection and freshly brewed coffee (not self service). The staff was kind and helpful, they told us about attractions worth seeing in town and also in the country in general. Rooms were clean and very comfortable.

I can write many things, but the key message is one - amazing view, well worth the name of the hotel!
We arrived at the evening in a stormy weather, so climbing up the hill with the car felt like Indiana Jones experience (positive).
During the night it was thrilling to see the lightings in the sky and at the breakfast we admired the amazing view to the nearby hills and mountains at the restaurant terrace.

The location was at the center of Kranj. The free parking was great help since it is very difficult to park around. The personnel was very helpful and speak very good English. The internet was good. There was hot water. The breakfast also had a lot of choices. In general we had a pleasant stay and we would visit again. Despite the fact that it was at the center we didn't face any issue with the noise.

Excellent place to stay in Kranj The host lady was very friendly. It is very close to many attractions and also train station is not so far, 12 minutes by bike. Bikes can be kept inside close to the reception. The view of the canyon is amazing. Its close to many supermarkets and local food places too. The bathrooms were very clean. Highly recommended.

Small town with a lot of historical buildings to see and...
Small town with a lot of historical buildings to see and stories to hear, also the tunnels built in the 2nd world war. There is beautiful nature in (rivers Kokra and Sava) and around it that you can visit.
I was there two years in a row in September and each time we had a shorter option of a guided tour. Only the tunnels were the same, other parts of tour were totally different - in a small city!

Beautiful small Old World Town.
Beautiful small Old World Town. Off the normal tourist path, so not crowded! Charming. Easy to walk around. Local pub had live music! Stayed just one night (before our flight) - could easily have stayed longer if our schedule had permitted.

Kranj is perfectly positioned city.
Kranj is perfectly positioned city. It is very close to highway, it is close to mountains (25min from ski resort) and is only 2h drive from the sea.
It has beautiful old town.
The capital, Ljubljana is only 30min drive.

Beautiful town, especially historical part of the city. It's interesting how historical town is surrounded by two rivers, and it makes a green oasis in the middle of the town. Food is amazing, special recommendation for Gostilna Kot for local food and Das ist Walter for bosnian cuisine.
The location of the city is perfect for exploring Slovenia.

I have visited Slovenija many times, but for some reason I missed Kranj. What a lovely little old city, that houses many artists, poets, painter, writers, etc. I hope to return post-Covid when I can experience their musical performances, art exhibits etc. Kranj is a unknown little gem. One or two days should be spent there.
We stayed here for one night. We arrived earlier than planned, but they were very flexible and we successfully booked our accommodation. The farm is very cosy, clean and has everything you could need for comfort. Our hosts are friendly, smiling, communicative and happy to give advice on what to see in Slovenia. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. We are happy to recommend the accommodation. We will stay here again next time!
The room was good. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious and plenty of amount. The staff are very kind and caring. The location is in a little village but it's a so quiet and nice place. You can easily reach Kranj or Ljubljana from there. The car parking is also free (so rare in Slovenia).
This very nice hotel is located directly in the center of Kranj in a very old historic building. My room was upgraded without further cost and included a Jacuzzi.
