The place is suitable for people who enjoy being in a quiet place where the scenery invites to contemplation. We were warmly welcomed by Tanja who offered us plenty of useful tips and we were overwhelmed by the little touches that her mother Maria was responsible for and which made our stay even more enjoyable: homemade cakes and lemonade, as well as other little treats and drinks that were complimentary. We felt very welcome.
The apartment is new, smelled good and was spotless. We are happy to have found this place and grateful for such hospitality!

Small wine area called Brda in Slovenia. Landscape is mindblowing...to compare with the Toscane area in Italy. Very friendly people and wine and food is excellent for a very reasonable price. Good for a romantic long weekend.
Fantastic view over the beautiful Slovenian countryside just over the border from Italy. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, very hospitable family living downstairs. There are babies in the house, which sometimes cause noises, but we were also travelling with our baby, who makes his own noises, so we have absolutely no reason to complain. Bear in mind there are normal early morning noises in the countryside: cocks crowing, church bells, diesel engines...
We had an amazing stay at Zoi Apartments in Goriška Brda, often called the "Slovenian Tuscany." Luca, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our No. 5 apartment offered a breathtaking private view of the vineyards and rolling hills, and the ample parking space made everything convenient (we arrived with a bigger van). Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

Hotel Kozana is a perfect place to stay during your visit to Goriska Brda. It is located in a Beautiful area, within a walking distance from beautiful village Smartno. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, everything was clean. Staff was also very friendly. Included breakfast was very tasty.
