Our room was exceptionally large and beautiful from a design perspective, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was also excellent, both wait staff and chef. A real highlight was the cellar.

Location was amazing!!! Great view, and privacy was good. My partner enjoyed the satellite tv for sport. Bathroom was luxurious and spacious. Bed was super comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets available in the cupboard. Host was super helpful, particularly with local advice. Close to two really nice restaurants and a few wineries (would recommend checking out Aleksander wines, they were a short walk away and very generous with the tasting experience). Would have stayed longer if the property was still available.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional apartment for two nights, and it was an experience to remember. The apartment itself is modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a design that showcases great attention to detail and high-quality finishes. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the surroundings. The air is filled with the sweet scent of roses, Jasmin, other flowers and trees, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The views around the area are nothing short of breathtaking, offering a picturesque backdrop that feels almost otherworldly.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious and plentiful breakfast filled with fresh and tasty options served in the beautiful front yard next to the olive tree the first morning, and on the terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding vineyards and orchards the next morning. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. He provided excellent restaurant recommendations (Belvin), and we ended up dining at one of their suggested spots twice, thoroughly enjoying the experience each time. We only wish we could have stayed longer to soak in more of the tranquility and beauty of this place. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this exceptional apartment to our friends and family. It truly is a gem that offers both comfort and a connection to nature.

Small wine area called Brda in Slovenia. Landscape is mindblowing...to compare with the Toscane area in Italy. Very friendly people and wine and food is excellent for a very reasonable price. Good for a romantic long weekend.

The area around Dobrovo is very cool, it offers so much good food, special wines and views. Everything is located very close to each other and you never know if you are in italy or slowenie. Here you really feel that boarders doesn't matter at all.
Fantastic view over the beautiful Slovenian countryside just over the border from Italy. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, very hospitable family living downstairs. There are babies in the house, which sometimes cause noises, but we were also travelling with our baby, who makes his own noises, so we have absolutely no reason to complain. Bear in mind there are normal early morning noises in the countryside: cocks crowing, church bells, diesel engines...
Luka was a friendly and responsive host. The check-in and checkout was smooth. The apartment is very clean, good amenities and spacious enough for us as a couple. There is a good size fridge and kitchenette so we could do some cooking. We particularly liked the pool area with beautiful views over the vineyards. It's a small apartment hotel with not too many other guests so you almost feel like you have the place to yourself!

The food at breakfast each day we terrific and dinner was superb (always with great views). The staff and owner were exceptionally welcoming and kind with great service. The most beautiful setting to take in Slovenia. Do yourself a favor and walk around on the streets outside the hotel to take in all the views. Very friendly staff. Outstanding restaurant (one of the best meals we had) and the server suggested excellent wines and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Well appointed rooms and spacious bathroom.
A lovely mini-castle just on the Slovenian side of the border, with views over the vineyards of Brda and Collio. This design hotel is a great place to stop for a night or two, to sample the local wines and restaurants. They have their own very good restaurant on the lower floor, complete with a wine cellar featuring many of the best regional wines.
The location and views from hotel were fabulous. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff was helpful to us in determining where to go for wine tasting and to find a covid test for our flight home. Sitting by the pool overlooking the beautiful wine region below was a wonderful way to end our 3 weeks in Europe.
The hotel is exceptionally charming and beautiful, the hosts are great and friendly, the place is quiet and comfortable. It is located in a small, quiet village, within walking distance from other bigger villages, surrounded by vineyards. Great place for those who like to walk and cycle. I will certainly come again.
We had excellent stay at Dvor Vipolze, we would recommend higly to enyone wanting a quiet, lovely peacfull stay. We enjoyed breakfast with local products, and nice decorated, new, clean room. The pool was amazing and heated, what you don't find often. Nice wineries around and good restaurants nearby.
Location was beautiful, InSlovenian but close to Italy. Easy to get around. The pool area is nice for relaxing, the breakfast, especially the pancakes were exceptional..we are used to more space in an Airbnb, only suggestion would be to have a couple chairs and a small table on patio..
The apartment was hotel like room, all new and everything was very clean. The breakfast is served on the terrace in front of the room, so it is not hotel style breakfast but it is good and feels like room service, very private and convenient.

Incredibly picturesque setting right on the Slovenia/Italy border. It's a great place for exploring the wine region. Food was really good and the morning/breakfast staff was super nice. The pool was a great place to relax during the day.
We had a family trip to Goriška Brda and we stay at Villa Iaquin....everything was perfect....the room, the welcome drink, the wine, the view.....also a good spot to go for a run.
