A lovely guest house high up in the mountains, with some of the most incredible views you could ask for. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and we got a warm welcome from their sweet dog! Breakfast had a good variety of options, and while the evening meal options seemed limited, what was on offer was well prepared and enjoyable. Room, though small, was very clean and comfortable. There is even a games room with table tennis, table football and some gym equipment for use.

The location being close to the airport was a key factor in our planning. However, I would consider staying at the Grad Strmol on future trips both on arriving as well as on departure. It was fabulous.

The town is not far from the Julian Alps and from Ljubljana.
The town is not far from the Julian Alps and from Ljubljana. Even Postojna or the seaside towns can be visited from Cerklje. There is a good skiing slope in the vicinity. I recommend this town for summer and winter holidays as well.

Very close to the airport (5min) with a big and free parking.
The hotel Restaurant is on the Michelin guide, so you can imagine how good the food is, unfortunately we arrived late after 20h00, and the kitchen closes at 20h00.
The breakfast has all the essentials, and the same team of the restaurant bakes all the bread, even baked more white bread just for us, also I had the best scrambled eggs in my life.
All the staff was very nice, !

Beautiful apartment! Modern, spacious and it's got everything you need. It gave me luxury hotel vibes even though it's an apartment. Big and well equipped kitchen, nice fluffy towels in the bathroom, smart tv and a great bed. We stayed here due to our early flight and because we saw they do free airport shuttles. Staying a few days longer would be nice because the place is so comfortable, but I don't think there is much to do in the area so that's a consideration
I stayed at the View 22 Hotel as it was close to Ljubljana Airport, which I needed to visit for work. I had only positive feelings about my stay at this hotel. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, ready to help when needed. The apartments were in great condition, clean and comfortable. I also liked that unlike many other hotels, in The View 22 apartments there are kitchens with everything you need to cook your own meals if you wish so.
Beautiful, quaint town. Lovely facility with horses, ponies and goats on the back side. Picturesque hotel with mountains framing it. Looked like a postcard! Staff was very friendly, informative and accommodating. We have a family of 5 and everyone had a bed. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing!! We arrived at the airport in less than 6 minutes:) We will definitely return the next time we are flying out of Ljubljana.
Everything exceeded our expectations. My daughter and I were treated as if we were royalty. The staff was exceptional offering help on all our needs. The breakfast was like nothing we've experienced, beautiful, delicious, set outside at our request to view the breathtaking scenery. I can think of nothing that could have made it better. A four star hotel that I would rate as five star.
We stopped here for one night on the way to Croatia and the place is absolutely magical. The location is beautiful, surrounded by mountains with lots of hiking trails around. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and welcomes you very warmly and are very attentive. The rooms are very clean. The lunch/dinner and breakfast were very good! Definitely recommend this place.
I had a fantastic stay. I was warmly welcomed by the owner and their wonderful dog. The breakfast is amazing. My room and my bed were very comfortable with stunning views. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and can highly recommend this place. The hotel owner is very friendly, helpful and has good tips for the surrounding and activities. It’s a brilliant place.
Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Waiter was top notch. We booked this room for just one night to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. Perfect for that. Just a short taxi ride away. Hotel prepared us box breakfasts to go since we checked out before breakfast. Very nice facilities that suited our needs perfectly
The property is pristine clean. The bathroom amenities were really good. The room was comfortable and had new appliances and 2 tvs. The property has a great playground for kids. Luka was kind and helpful he picked us up from the hotel and had good communication. The breakfast was also really good. We were completely satisfied.
The breakfast choice was excellent. The location near the airport was also good but the hotel was not easy to find. Booking.com listed it under the wrong village name as Cerklje was the next village and so the bus took us to the wrong location but as there were no taxis our host kindly picked us up
The location of the hotel is great with a private parking. simple but clean rooms, quiet surroundings. Supermarket is 10 min’ away by car. Cool playground for younger kids.
In general, the stuff was friendly (except of one who was in charge there who was totally impolite at the checkout)
The location was lovely, setting very pretty and the look of the castle extremally nice. As only a section is used as hotel and the rest is a museum and we were given a guided tour which was an added bonus. Extremally handy for the airport max. 15 mins away by car.

All was good, the apartmant, the location everything. The breakfast and the dinner were also good in the near hotel. Very good value for it's price! Many hungarian guests were there. We felt good.
it is a family run hotel/apartments and that is what is great about this place. You immediately get close to the people running it and my kids enjoyed playing with the owners grandchildren.
The hotel is in a very nice and convenient location. Staff was extremely friendly. (This was my first ski trip in Slovenia, and I was surprised how friendly everybody was.)
