The owner Kereck was very helpful and the facilities were very clean and as expected. The view from the top was beautiful even though we were there on a more cloudy day, but also we were there for one night. Breakfast was nice and the room was very clean.

Apartment meets my expectations. Very clean with all the necessities. The staff really takes care of us and listens to us. There are shops, a currency exchange office and a pharmacy right outside the hotel.

Only problem, until today I got no receipt for the bill I paid there when leaving - it was promised by email, and despite several attempts I did not get it yet. Not good for professional travelers.

It was a peaceful place, few shops including small supermarkets to get most things, there was a few restaurants including a good pizza take away.
We also visited the Takamaka rum distillery which was very interesting and free admition.

Anse Royal by the sea shore is a bad place to stay!
Anse Royal by the sea shore is a bad place to stay! A noisy road goes along the shore and you find yourself just above it, which makes you awakened at 6 am. It is more comfortable to go more into the hills: ok, you would spend 5-20 min driving to reach you beloved beach, but you would sleep in silence, enjoy a swimming pool at the end of the day, and hear birds in the morning.

It is a great place to have a nice holiday - if you like the sea. You have enough possibilities to buy your cooking-stuff and snacks in little supermarkets or little restaurants. Bus connection is good - what I saw, but I never used it, because I like to go walking. Sometimes I missed my bike, on the other side it seems to be dangerous to ride it, because the traffic is fast... For me it is sure: I will come back!

The location is very comfortable because there is everything you need - the beach, restaurants, shops, hospital, gas station. And it appears to be in the very heart of Mahe so driving to any location takes the same time on average

Cherry at ocean terrace suggested we visit their sister property on Praslin at no extra charge. Kerek organized this for us and it was a great thing to do. Terrence at ocean jewels was extremely helpful and welcoming and his gardens and private beach are gorgeous
The hotel is ideally located just metres away from 2 of the most beautiful beaches in Seychelles: Fairyland Beach and Anse Royale Beach. Also, amenities are only 5-10 minutes walk from the property.
The owners and all staff are very professional, welcoming and helpful.
I really felt like home during my stay.
The apartment is spotless clean, equipped with everything you need.
On top of all these, the view is simply amazing.

This was our second stay here. We returned because of the great location- beach, shops, take- aways just a few steps away. Good starting point for excursions. You are right between locals, not a secluded luxury place. Anse Royale is great with kids, it has calm water and very lively underwater wildlife.
Staff was really friendly and flexible. There are only a few rooms so it is really nice to get aquainted and chat with the other guests & staff. Apartements have been recently redecorated.
I recommend staying here.
Absolutely fantastic people! They let us store our luggage and shower before our midnight flight, also a special key was provided for our last day after check out! The appartment is really big and very clean with a beautiful ocean view. The location is great - right in the centre of Anse Royale - you can simply walk to the markets, take away, supermarkets… The villa also has access to the beach and sunbeds. Overall, very nice experience, Thank you!
The location was ideal to visit Mahe. Lot of supermarket in the near to buy the necessary for breakfast.

We rent a car and visit the island enjoying beaches, Victoria market and restaurant (Dolce vita in city center)
We were lucky and have the possibility to enjoy the regatta 2023 at beau vallon.
The hostess is the most friendly and responsive person.
You have everything you might need - bathroom, full-equiped kitchen, large bed, a small pool to chill in and an amazing view to the ocean.
The road to the chalet is rather steep, but it's okay if you like a bit of exercising (or if you rent a car).

Pleasant, inviting, and sensitive staff. We were upgraded to a large room with a fully equipped kitchen, a huge living room, a balcony overlooking the sea. There is a pleasant pool and clean towels for guests everywhere. Near the hotel is an amazing beach. The place has a lovely view Getting to the place is difficult, a car is a must.
The view from the bedroom is amazing. Very comfortable bed. The area is very quite and you can enjoy the sounds of the nature. A lot of birds as natural alarm in the morning . The host is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Good wifi connection. Great breakfast. Highly recommended for your stay in Mahe.

The location was perfect if I go to the left I can go directly to Anse Royale beach & on the right is closer to Takamaka. The apartment was quite spacious & had the most superb view of Anse Royale.
