Beautiful city exceeding my expectations as this was my first trip. Roads are wide and clean, landscaping along the roads is good. I can see also beautiful parks and ample choice of restaurants. I met a couple of local guests and their hospitality was amazing although I don't know them very well. Must visit place.

Hail before it's considered a tourist destination i visit it due my living relatives in its widely spread nature. Hail beauty can be felt uf you really melt down with some rooted generous locals that offers ro visitors all kind of desert entertainment activities, Going on a tour around dome sands, camping, visiting historical places around hail can be unique thing to do, interacting with some hail traditions and hand made stuff also expressive event can be enjoyed either by families or individuals.
Hail history well known to Saudi Arabia citizens during the last century but you need to discover it with a travel guide witch it is a very easy to get from any tourism gov office around the city.
People of hail are one of the most generous people you may deal with on Arab nation.
Finally, the best time to visit hail is in winter when occasional rain falls for couple days and you see the whole city going out to celebrate and enjoy the beautiful nature scenes around the city.mshar, juba, oqdah those places deserve to be visited during winter raining time.
Good luck for visitors.
we had 5 rooms 4 of which were very clean and spacious the stuff graciously upgraded one of the rooms to a 2 room apartment, the place has great facilities, swimming pool and a common seating area in a central yard. also they have a nice caffe that belongs to the hotel just next door, the hotel had plenty of street parking and is close to all amenities such as restaurants, pharmacies' and fuel stations.
Everything was amazing! The check-in process went smooth. The staff was very welcoming. The room was amazing, spacious and clean. They made our stay very comfortable. Although the location wasn't the best, it was easy to reach to and there were a few shops and a mini-mart next to it. If I visit Hail again, I will definitely stay here.
I stopped here for one night only on my way to Wadi Disah and Al Ula. Great place to rest! Right next to the major roads. Plenty supermarkets and food places 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. The hotel has a little coffee shop and a calm nice atmosphere. Staff is also very friendly and polite.
Great location for a stop on our way to Al Ula. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are large clean and classy. The staff was caring and professional. The food at the restaurant was delicious. They have an indoor heated pool and an outdoor one as well. Great place!
I chose this property because it’s one of the few hotels that “includes breakfast” during Ramadan. (Some hotels serves breakfast in the room only during this time) However, they did not serve breakfast during Ramadan. Hence, it was false advertising.
Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.....ever ready to help out with any problem within or outside the hotel premises. The Sudanese was particularly very nice; however, all the staff are wonderful on the average
Location and accessibility. Hotel held a Saudi Founding Day and guests were invited to join in the party. Special mention for Mr Abu Bakar from Siglap, the GM, who greeted and welcomed guests.
The hotel is very quite. I can sleep without earplugs.
The receptionist, Bandar, is such a helpful person. I thought he co-owned the place because he was so caring and attentive.
The location near the highway is convenient, good place for a stop on a way from Riyadh to Al Ula or Jubbah.
The room was spacious.
The hotel has a dedicated parking lot.
