Beautiful city exceeding my expectations as this was my first trip. Roads are wide and clean, landscaping along the roads is good. I can see also beautiful parks and ample choice of restaurants. I met a couple of local guests and their hospitality was amazing although I don't know them very well. Must visit place.

Hail history well known to Saudi Arabia citizens during the last century but you need to discover it with a travel guide witch it is a very easy to get from any tourism gov office around the city.
People of hail are one of the most generous people you may deal with on Arab nation.

Good luck for visitors.
Location was convenient for me, as I stayed only one night in Hail on my way driving from Al Ula to Riyadh. When I arrived, the parking in front of the hotel was full, but it's good to know that there is a small parking at the back of the hotel as well. Room was very spacious, in fact, it included a small living room and a bedroom. Wi-Fi worked fine, and the price was good.
The parking was great, there's an empty land beside the hotel which I was able to park in the shade, the bed and the pillow was very clean and comfortable.
The location was perfect is at the edge of Hail because I was travelling to Jordan by car I didn't want to waste time going inside the city.
A lot of different restaurants in the area that you can choose from.
a huge room and comfy , breakfast was up to the international stander and the staff were so hospitably great ,facilities like gym, swimming pool,Jacuzzi , steam room ETC. were available, i wont change the hotel if i visit hail again :)
Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.....ever ready to help out with any problem within or outside the hotel premises. The Sudanese was particularly very nice; however, all the staff are wonderful on the average
The location near the highway is convenient, good place for a stop on a way from Riyadh to Al Ula or Jubbah.
The room was spacious.
The hotel has a dedicated parking lot.
The staff were kind and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. They had shaded parking spaces that were conveniently located. Overall a great hotel in Hail.
