Peaceful, well maintained city. The traffic is very regularized. People drive with a sense of responsibility. Neat and clean all around. Just the water needs to be kept clean as the stagnant water gives out bad odour

I loved walking on the Corniche of Dammam and Khobar. It was is a very peaceful and there are very less crowds.
crescent beach and Island are also very good places to visit.
there are lots of options for fine dining and cafes.
However it was definitely Hot during the day. but when compared with other places of KSA. it was not that HOT.

We enjoyed Ithra, allow 2-3 hours at least. Uber drivers were great. On time and careful drivers. We ate in a great buffet dinner at a restaurant next to the Heritage Village but I can't find the name. The food was very fresh and the staff was kind and attentive. It was next to another restaurant that had a bowling alley in it. The Heritage Village was closed, even thought the web site said it was open (always have a plan B in KSA). In the morning before we caught the train back to Riyadh, we had a great Uber driver that was from Khobar who knew where to take us. We ate breakfast on the Khobar Cornish, saw some beautiful mosques and other buildings and drove around a round about with a beautiful design of running horses. My companion raises and shows horses so this was special to her.

Beaches are nice. Much nice if provided more toilet/bath complexes near the beach. it was a big queue to get a clean shower.

Driving around was so easy.
Beware of parking. I got a parking ticket from private company called TAKI. I asked them if i could pay by SADAD and they said no. Only option is to come to their office in dammam and pay direct. Luckily we did not exit the city and returned back and paid them. When i asked where did i violate? They said come after 3 days and you will find. I still wonder where did i park wrong.

The days we stayed in Dammam are one of the hottest temperatures. Unfortunately, we cannot be outdoors and most of the time, we stayed in the hotel, which we enjoyed. Maybe next time we will visit around October/November/December
Location , it's mid between Dammam and Dhaharan city besides a big supermarket, cafes and restaurants are nearby. The WiFi coverage was good everywhere in the building. I'd like to thank the staff who was very courteous and friendly and in particular the receptionist Mr Khaled Abdou. The hotel ffers a small cafe on the ground floor next to the lobby so any guest may enjoy hit/cold drinks and sweets. The hotel provides room service with a decent menu not WoW however it's adequate if you're not willing to go out.

-Kitchen has the basics to cook, and better & more equipped than any other apartment hotel I've stayed so far in Saudi Arabia.
-There are some mini markets around the neighborhood, and Carefour and Danub supermarkets are with walkable distance.
-SAPTCO bus station is about 2km away, and walk to the Dammam cornich but very difficult to cross the busy roads.

Nice kitchen (micro, fridge... )but lack f Cutlery and Cooking Tools. Good location, next to Corniche. Stores in the area to buy groceries. Parking outside

Very nice, comfortable and very quiet hotel located in the best area of Dammam. The staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate us during our stay. They were also very respectful of our room choice. The view from our spacious and well equipped room was also nice. The rooftop pool is wonderful. It’s definitely our place of reference to stay in Dammam, I would repeat!

The hotel is very good with good staff and facilities. The place is neat and clean. They even offered complimentary fruits in addition to water and coffee. The breakfast is good. The hotel location is good if you plan to stay in dammam. There are couple of good restuarants if you want to eat outside. The hotel has room service.
We loved the this hotel's location; it was very convenient to explore Dammam. Our room was fabulous too, very comfortable and large with a huge TV for us to watch the World Cup. The staff was also very accommodating, helping us find the commentary in English for the different matches.
For a budget hotel, this facility is located in the heart of Dammam with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. There is even a medical facility right next to the hotel. It can be a good anchor for you if you plan on exploring the city.
Very big rooms with good wifi. The location is very good for traveller. Few minutes are mini markets, restaurants, Marina mall and SAPTCO bus station to Bahrain or Riyadh. Few minutes is the Airport bus (G7) station too by Marina Mall.
The price was reasonable and the location was situated nearby West Avenue Mall and several Restaurants. Parking was readily available. The fridge was big enough, bigger than most hotels provide. Room and living room size is fine.
