Located at a distance of 3 km, north of Mangalia, the resort was built between 1969-1971 and entered the tourist circuit in 1972. Venus is there exclusively for the beaches (great water, great sand). Other than that, there isn't much to do. It's very small, roads are messed up, limited restaurant choice (food wasn't great and the prices were high due to the lack of diversity) and there are no activities to do close by. I would recommend it to elderly people who go to sleep early or don't mind spending time in their room. For families with small children, the 4 and 5 stars resorts had many activities planned, but it's still inside the hotel resort (if you don't mind, then great :) ).

Good restaurants : in Olimp , 3km, THE DELFIN, CIRESICA and CRAMA MURFATLAR, also the restaurant from hotel Inter that is 5 star rated.

Little activities to be done. There are only a few restaurants that look safe to have lunch if you're traveling with small children (when asking someone for a recommendation for a good restaurant, everyone says that they prefer to not risk saying any name, as most have had issues).
The hotel, pool and beach are fine. The furniture and air conditioning in the rooms are a little outdated, but OK. The breakfast was very good, with many options for any taste. The restaurant has an international menu, and the waiters were very helpful.
The pool was very clean, warm and surrounded by flowers, and a nice music playlist all day long.
All in one, a good hotel where you can relax and forget that you are in Venus.
