Casa Lia is a very old house that has been restored to the perfect place to stay when visiting Bukovina. It is an excellent location to go out and visit the monasteries, or go into nature. We liked the very warm welcome and the nature surrounding the house. The host was friendly, and although she didn't speak english she was very friendly and communicated using the translator on the phone. For additional money, that she asked at the end of the staying, you can have dinner and breakfast with local products.

The cabin was compact, clean and central to exploring the Bukovina monasteries and national parks around us: Calimani, Rodna, and Ceahlau. We especially enjoyed the porch for resting in the evenings, having our meals, and deer-watching.
