The interior features are not top-notch, but they are of good quality.
The mattress is very comfortable, pillows of your choice - according to your preferences.
We had a room with a large terrace, during the day you can quietly enjoy, weather permitting, the sun on the two deckchairs or armchairs.
The indoor pool is big enough to feel like you're swimming. If you can not bathe in the lakes that Sovata is renown for, seasonal reasons for example, you have an indoor heated salt water pool at your disposal. Children also have the opportunity of a bathe.

I liked the that the hotel was quiet and clean. The facilities were well maintained and working during our short weekend stay. There was a large amount of pools and spas and the hotel has a large outdoor area.
The staff were polite and there when you needed them and not in your face when you didn’t.
Continental breakfast was diverse and enjoyable, there were food options for everyone. I liked their egg omelette, breaded egg and pickles cucumber and red peppers.

Nice staff, very clean and confortable, good food. The SPA was excellent. I like the new online check-in and auto whatsApp constant messages.
I would suggest with all the new automation to add a selfcheck-in machine that releases a room key.
