To begin with, it is the best value for money in whole Romania. It is a perfectly clean and complete apartment at a very good price in a very nice area of town, it is quiet and calm. It is a whole apartment building with many units so everything is managed very professionally.
The water is nice and hot, the internet works great, there is a small balcony. The bedroom is clean and very comfortable, with plenty of storage space.
It is a good place for working, within walking distance to the city centre.
