Please mind this stay was an off season business trip in November, we left in the early morning and came back in the evening. The place has two sections, one newer than the other, I've been in the older one. The room was clean(ed) but the carpet shows it's age. Bathroom and shower very clean and functional, no problems with hot water. Room had a nice terrace overviewing the pool (which was of course dry). TV working fine. No free Wi-Fi in the room, there was free Wi-Fi in the breakfast/main hall on the ground floor.
All customers have acces to a fully tooled common kitchen, free espresso machine, free tea. The kitchen was a bit dirty when we arrived, with some unwashed plates in the sink. Cannot report on breakfast other that the guy who was managing the location was also the cook and he was offering cold cuts and omelets /fried eggs.
Parking was available free of charge.

I liked everything about the vila. The location is very green and peaceful albeit a little far from the center of the village (15 min walk). The room and bed were very very comfortable, there is even a small fridge, there is airco, the bathroom is clean, with shower gel and soap and towels.
The breakfast was delicious and the host very helpful. There is also a swimming pool which we did not try but it was not crowded.

The land around the property is great. Surrounded by nature, it’s so quiet and beautiful. They have animals (goats, ponies, rabbits and chicken). A great place to go with kids.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the cook, Florin, did a great job handling the kitchen by himself with a full house.

By far my stay here was one of the best of my trip. My balcony view with the sun setting was a real gift. In the night I've watched the stars from the terrace. The owners are very kind, well with basic English and all was there. There's a small shop in front where you can buy all that's needed for a meal, and drink some beers also. I had some laughs with the woman behind the counter about driving in Romania. The roads to and from this house are very beautiful and authentic.
