I loved the room. It was big and always clean. The breakfast was great and it was served at Crama Murfatlat,a marvelous traditional restaurant.

The view from 12th floor was impressive. The staff from the reception and the restaurant was extremely nice and professional. They have multiple playgrounds and kids activities.
We mentioned to the reception some minor problems about the room and they fixed all of them the second day.
The air conditioning looked a little bit old, but it worked perfectly.

Lifeguards were always paying attention to everyone in the pool, especially kids. Adults are not allowed to sit in the kiddos pool, only standing or sitting on the edge of the pool. We were not aware of this rule but the lifeguards brought this to our attention in a polite manner.
Plenty food options, some dishes were average quality, others were tasty.

Drinks were good, limited options although they had good cocktails
Day and evening entertainment for kids were nice, during the day they had a foam party, at night there were some characters dancing and playing music for the kids

We were very delighted and satisfied. Comfortable and very clean rooms, very clean hotel (inside and surroundings), large and clean pools, dream view, all inclusive with everything you need (drinks and diversified food at your discretion), 3 meals and two snacks, entertainment for children and Adults, a lot of attentive and kind staff, private beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and Beach bar in close proximity to the hotel (belongs to the hotel), tobogans, heated pool for children, etc. They even have a corner with diversified food for babies! Perfect for couples and families with children. We will definitely come back!

Excellent room , large, clean, food was various and goodtasting, the swimmingpool large an clean , the beach was near. In one word: Excellent.
But I didn’t like that people occupied the pool chairs early in the morning,for the rest of the day, even if they went to lunch, beach or to sleep.And they occupied chairs for all family(including 2 or 3 children, although thay occupied a single room and we can’t stay at pool in some days.
I think it is a huge problem in Romania, that people respect the others.

Jupiter is a small resort, with easy road access from national road to Mangalia, where you can find many recently renovated hotels, and the beach (even if it is small) has fine sand and is very close.
There are many facilities that can be taken advantage of during your stay, but I think that being close to the city of Mangalia, there are various opportunities, such of: port, seafront, old center.

Jupiter is a good place for spending a few days vacation, without spending too much, compared to Mamaia or Olimp... It is suitable for the common working people... If one wants more, than has to pay more (here in Ro...) In Greece or Bulgaria with the same amount of money one could have had better services, for sure... But thanks to Covid19 we had to get pleased with this... There are some places at terraces with good food and music... some shops for small shoppings... Few and short alleys to walk in the evening... No theater this summer, unfortunately...

Though the beach is not very good, it is ok as there is some sand and the sea. It works so to say. But the resort/city itself looked as 20 years ago when I was a child. I felt sorry for kids that they had to find joy in activities that were nice 20 years ago but in a worse condition. From place to place the resort seemed to be left in ruins. Though there were few restaurants you could enjoy your stay.
The location is ok. The parking is an absolute nightmare.
Bad thing you had to ask for the towels to be changed daily.
They never cleaned the room.
Breakfast was a joke.
Tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers and some sausage. One morning they had eggs which my daughter liked. But the other mornings they didn’t.
No option of late check out.
The beach outside the hotel is full of rocks and very dirty.
I would not recommend here and I would not go back.

I was very pleased surprised by the hotel: very relaxing, very clean. I was welcomed by a very professional and friendly personal. I highly recomand it!
We enjoyed the room, it seemed newly renovated and the cleaning service worked when we asked for the room to be done up.
The view to the sea was lovely and we did not mind the pool from hotel California and the music at night.
We listened to the show on the balcony before bed.
The Hotel has a good position - quite close to the beach and also to commercial center. The rooms look really nice, exactly like shown in the photos. The pool is great, warm water. The staff is really nice, always looking for the guests to enjoy the stay. Great breakfast.
Great view from the balcony, brand new furniture, all clean and quiet. Rich breakfast. The hotel lobby is renovated nicely, simple and it keeps the 70's style of the building. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel is clean and nice, the personeel very friendly and kind to help us with everything. The hotel is indeed at the beach, you have stairs to the beach or you can go atound the hotel to take the road.

They had a very nice breakfast, which was included, and for lunch, you can use the same restaurant (menu of the day - 2 courses and desert for £6)
Breakfast had a qreat selection of omelettes, deli meats, veggies, cheese, pastries, coffees and juices.
The swimming pool was clean and the bar and restaurant were very nice.

We had some nice time playing with kids at the pool. They have 2 pools, one for adults and one for kids and they clean them every day.
Breakfast was ok, good options and quality. It would be better to avoid giving the feeling that some of the breakfast options were reused from the previous day.
