I loved the room. It was big and always clean. The breakfast was great and it was served at Crama Murfatlat,a marvelous traditional restaurant.

The stuff was really friendly. Fast check-in even if we arrived before time.

We were very delighted and satisfied. Comfortable and very clean rooms, very clean hotel (inside and surroundings), large and clean pools, dream view, all inclusive with everything you need (drinks and diversified food at your discretion), 3 meals and two snacks, entertainment for children and Adults, a lot of attentive and kind staff, private beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and Beach bar in close proximity to the hotel (belongs to the hotel), tobogans, heated pool for children, etc. They even have a corner with diversified food for babies! Perfect for couples and families with children. We will definitely come back!

Excellent room , large, clean, food was various and goodtasting, the swimmingpool large an clean , the beach was near. In one word: Excellent.
But I didn’t like that people occupied the pool chairs early in the morning,for the rest of the day, even if they went to lunch, beach or to sleep.And they occupied chairs for all family(including 2 or 3 children, although thay occupied a single room and we can’t stay at pool in some days.
I think it is a huge problem in Romania, that people respect the others.

Jupiter is a small resort, with easy road access from national road to Mangalia, where you can find many recently renovated hotels, and the beach (even if it is small) has fine sand and is very close.
There are many facilities that can be taken advantage of during your stay, but I think that being close to the city of Mangalia, there are various opportunities, such of: port, seafront, old center.

Jupiter is a good place for spending a few days vacation, without spending too much, compared to Mamaia or Olimp... It is suitable for the common working people... If one wants more, than has to pay more (here in Ro...) In Greece or Bulgaria with the same amount of money one could have had better services, for sure... But thanks to Covid19 we had to get pleased with this... There are some places at terraces with good food and music... some shops for small shoppings... Few and short alleys to walk in the evening... No theater this summer, unfortunately...

Though the beach is not very good, it is ok as there is some sand and the sea. It works so to say. But the resort/city itself looked as 20 years ago when I was a child. I felt sorry for kids that they had to find joy in activities that were nice 20 years ago but in a worse condition. From place to place the resort seemed to be left in ruins. Though there were few restaurants you could enjoy your stay.
the apartment was really nice, just like in the pictures, including the campaign that was waiting for us,
very clean and fresh with everything you need, the washing machine was particularly useful, also the programmable air conditioning,
note that the sofa bed is like a real bed with a good mattress, it's not like sleeping on a couch
everything was working smoothly and we had a great time
Clean room, not so comfortable beds but OK, neat toilet, helpful staff. The cupboard in the room had a peculiar smell which transferred to the clothes. Breakfast only "to order" and the staff was undersized which resulted in long time waiting. I was expecting a kettle and some tea bags in the room for 3 stars hotel, no option to order in the room (no intercom either).
The apartment is very clean, very tastefully decorated, showing a nice view from the top floor. It is located well - you can easily reach Jupiter, Neptun or Olimp beaches. The owner made our stay more than pleasant, welcoming us with a nice surprise. She was available for any questions, information or support needed. We surely recommend this nice place!

- there is a pool available, although not big enough for all the guests (it's available also for the people that camp there, so there is not much space inside it)
We loved the placement of the property, because it was really quiet and comfortable, away from the city sounds, but not that far to walk on foot to the center.
Maria is a lovely host and we will come back to her as soon as we will end up again in Jupiter.
Everything was with so much good taste and exactly what you needed.
Tv, air conditioner, fridge.Bassically what was needed the most for our stay. There where some small troubles with room 110, but the personal from hotel where very kind and prompt and made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is clean and nice, the personeel very friendly and kind to help us with everything. The hotel is indeed at the beach, you have stairs to the beach or you can go atound the hotel to take the road.
Breakfast was ok, good options and quality. It would be better to avoid giving the feeling that some of the breakfast options were reused from the previous day.
