Poorly managed seaside resort regarding cleanliness, management of the beach front, no public facilities, too many improvised terraces, shops etc. poor public waste management, could be so much more beautiful with good public management.

So the Location is just for people who do Beach-Sleep-Beach...
So the Location is just for people who do Beach-Sleep-Beach with children or for retirees in mind nothing else, there are 3 restaurants one Ok such as BRASERIA CARLOS&DAVID and 3 food canteens, and some doughnuts and ice-cream paces, in the summer season in the evening there is a stage and and a speaker with various DJs until around 10 PM, and everything else is just walking the boardwalk or on the pontoons,

Great weather, we enjoyed the sun and the sea and also the comfortable accommodation at the cottage.
But the town itself was dirty and overgrown with weeds, the beach filthy with piles of rubbish not collected for the whole week. I was left with a very poor impression of the municipality service... It's a pity, so much could be done in a place like this...

The beach is not taken care of. There are a lot of abandoned old buildings which do not offer the best sightseeing. Very little restaurants which either offers good food and conditions, but are really expensive, or medium cost restaurants but the conditions and the food is not so good.

0 food on beach, just one "restaurant" with some bad food. Over all in Eforie Sud the food is bad on your healt, and ok for taste. I don t come back on Eforie Sud anymore.
More expensive than Greece, and nothing to offer on this money spend.

No, no, no!
No, no, no! There is no way a decent tourist with some money in their pockets would spend time in this old, decrepit resort. The pavement is all holes, the streets are full of ditches, due to recent, unfinished works, there are loads of stray dogs. The place attracts a certain type of tourists, whose expectations are too low, who don't seem bothered by the look of general neglect and being frozen in time- in a rather bad way. It's annoying to see the organized beaches with umbrellas and chairs almost empty, but the free sand around them full of people lying on their sheets... There are happy exceptions, though: The wonderful AROME 22, on Negru Voda street, which is an oasis of good taste, serenity and positive vibes, not to mention the exquisite cuisine of Turkish/Tartar origins! Also, the Poarta Apelor restaurant, with good food and a terrace next to the beach. Perhaps there are some more places like these, but we'd rather not try to discover any...
We liked everything. The personnel (as we understood, they are the family?) was super nice, kind and attentive! Breakfast and morning coffee were always fresh and tasty. We liked the apartment which had a cosy veranda. The villa location is excellent - couple minutes from the sea. Also absolutely liked the sea beach at Eforie Sud, I think it was the largest beach I've visited in my life. Overall can't help but recommend you to spen your vacation here!
We were very happy with our stay at Complex Fortuna because the staff, in particular Daniel and Dumitru, were very welcoming and cooperative, and took special care to satisfy each and every one of our personal requests. The room was big, with a big bathroom and tub, and a nice balcony. This made our stay at the hotel very pleasant and comfortable. We look forward to staying in this hotel again.
Very well situated, even in a room without the sea view, I got a view of lake Techirghiol and of the trees. The rooms are clean and decent. The receptionists and cleaning personnel are very polite and efficient, even under pressure. Nice former communist hotel, it also has an inner pool and treatment base for those looking for such services.
Everything was more then 5* hotel! The rooms are good size ,clean with air conditioner and the bathrooms fitted with a big shower. The place is new located in front of the Lake Techirghiol. The sea is around 10 min walk away from the property.

Very spacious and clean accommodation in Eforie Sud. The house has two bedrooms and one living room, TVs in each, fridge and bathroom. In the courtyard (shared with other houses) there is a barbecue and terrace and a shared (equipped) kitchen. The beach is 100m away. Parking (free) available nearby.

5 minutes away from the beach. Nice room, pretty modern, a beautiful garden and outdoor space. Friendly people around. Tasty breakfast, enough options on the buffet. No dedicated parking, but there are places in the street (which is quiet), in front of the hotel.
Came for the second time and I really enjoyed it! A really nice, quiet place to stay in Eforie Sud with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy vibes and a really nice and helpful host! I 💯 recommend it if you're coming in Eforie Sud!
The hotel is an old one that was upgraded, the pool area is nice, still small if all 100+ rooms are booked.
