Pretty much everything was perfect about out stay. Location is perfect, rooms were both lovely with a balcony and lots of extra toiletries, wardrobes, fridge etc. It was very clean and nice with breakfast included.

First time in Romania, could not and will not fault anything. Room are very pleasant, spotlessly clean. Shower a bit small, but dine the job. Price wise, very good value for money. Would recommend to anyone touring the area of transylvania. Well done to the hosts, who speak very good English.

Beautiful Bucegi mountains views everywhere! That's why people come here! But you have to put up with bad traffic, especially weekends! It can be a great hub for quick trips around to Sinaia, Predeal, Brasov and of course Bran Castle! Good food to be had, @ La Etaj, Casa Ancutei, Casa Magical!

I highly recommend visiting Cantacuzino palace and taking a TransBucegi day to see the Ialomicioarei Cave and church.

Not much food choices - after 6 most fast food joins were for sweet food. The restaurants were not great - Sinaia has better choices. The grocery shops are ok, parking was fine and the place is walkable. A lot of the people did not speak English or pretended not to because we felt like they did not want to interact with us when paying or asking a question. The view, however, is amazinf and we did not tire of it.

Make sure you have about 1 more hour than you Google maps show you - traffic jam is usual issue there, starting from Predeal or Azuga you will partially drive and partially stop like every 5 minutes.
City is quite long, parking lots are more or less available. You can find several different supermarkets. Nice hiking abilities, most popular is started near Caraiman monastery - but don't try to move far with your car, better place it near Telecabină.
Cantacuzino castle and park is worth to see.

The prices for the cable car in Bușteni are excessive. 190 lei for a round trip to Bucegi.
So, in order to go hiking on the Bucegi Plateau, you need to get up the mountain with some means. Every option is very expensive. We waited in line for the cable car, for the ascent, for at least 1 hour and a half.
I recommend the restaurant and terrace at Hotel Silva, next to the cable car. Superb view and exceptionally delicious food. Congratulations to the staff at the restaurant of Hotel Silva in Bușteni.
Our first visit was in march thats why we came back .Everything was perfect in that Time ,nice and clean .The staff was very helpfull .This time also the guy from the reception was nice and also the room attendent.I cannot say the same of the lady from the reception ,the blondy.The roon attendent was very helpfull next day when I mention that the drain was block .She took imiditly action .

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with breathtaking views, impeccable cleanliness, and a friendly and accommodating staff. However the Carpathian Mountains which used to be part of Hungary until The Treaty of Trianon in 1920, it was evident that the local culture and language have changed and today, Hungarian is not spoken
The place is fantastic. The breakfast was amazing as well, great value for money. Nothing that I would change and if I have to return will be the same place. Also there are plenty of parking spots and the center of Busteni is a nice 15 min walk. Beds are super comfortable and the room is very clean. Highly recommended.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location in the picturesque town of Busteni. The host were incredibly helpful and generous. I really enjoyed using the sauna and and hot tub, which is perfect after a long day of skiing.
The place was very clean, we loved our room size, the beds were queen size both, the Crucea Caraiman view from our window was a plus plus, the bath was clean and neat. The staff was very nice and flexible. Thank you!
The suite is large enough for 2 adults and 2 children up to 10 years old. Breakfast quite rich, the restaurant is fine. Cleaning in the room, cleaning in the hotel, friendly and qualified staff.
