We had an amazing time! Highly recommended. We immediately felt at home in this cosy cottage. Everything was comfortable and perfectly clean, good wifi and hot water. Our host made us feel very welcome with a welcome drink and some delicious pastry. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared our meals ourselves with groceries from the well-equipped local super market. Our highlight was the little chickens that had just hatched from their eggs! There are no turistic reasons to be here, people are passing by in herds toward Borș to exit the country (or to enter), some are stopping for a refreshment or sometimes to sleep a night. Nothing to see here, after the highway will be finished, the old little town will regain its tranquility (while losing the few customers too).

The problem was that the hotel canceled our booking...
The problem was that the hotel canceled our booking reservation because they claimed that they are not working with Booking.com anymore. We were lucky that they had 2 rooms for us, so we didn't have to search for other accommodation.
I think that it is outrage that neither Booking, nor the hotel thought to inform us about the cancellation.
