Considering we stayed one month, it wasnt long enough. if you love unrestricted access to mountains, waterfalls, the fauna in northern Portugal. the genuine friendliness of the people, and the food, Gee Wizz , come and enjoy what they have on offer, an example of the local people, we were climbing a steep road at the foot of a mountain near Ermal, and passed by a man cutting brush, once he realised what we were attempting, he gave us armfulls of fruit from his house, Kiwis, Apples, and Oranges, Just smashing, what a lovely guy.

Comfortable and fully equipped tiny house! It has everything you need to get away from your routine. The views from the house are stunning. These houses are 2 km away from the reception, but it was not a problem, since it is very easy to get to the reception + the houses have their pool and you don't have to deal with many other people.
Also, there are a few mini-markets pretty close to the main road, so you are secluded but still, you can get groceries if you need to.
The spa is also good, the whole experience was very refreshing.
Everything! It is just perfect. The place is very beautiful, the pool, the spa, the lounge.... The room has everything you need to cook (and much more) and it is really clean. The cleanest room with a kitchen that I ever was. The lounge is very comfortable (TV, sofas, board games, pool table ...) and we had coffee capsules and some butter for breakfast. The bedroom is nice and the bed is so comfortable!! I loved everything, it will be one of the most known places to stay in this region for sure.
The view from the rooms is awesome. The rooms are quite large, which is pleasant. As we traveled with kids, they had plenty of space to play. There is a reasonable amount of kitchenware. The terrace is very cozy. The air conditioning heated well.
Amazing view, quiet, leafy location in the hills above the lake. Down by the lake was quite busy as it was Summer holidays but up by the hotel it's quiet. Breakfast is exceptional!
