We loved Constancia! The accommodation is well located in the village so it was easy to walk everywhere. There is free parking just down the road if you have a car. The room was bright, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly, efficient and polite and the breakfast was an absolute bonus - fresh and delicious! We would return with no hesitation!

The property is located in small really nice village. We only stayed one night and it was nice for a small stay. The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Terrific place to stay, right in the centre of Golegã, adjacent to the feira. We stayed only one night (3 people, 2 rooms) as it was for the first night of the Expoégua (showing off of Lusitano mares). The accommodation is arranged around a courtyard with stables on 3 sides with stunning Lusitanos in the stables and an indoor dressage arena. The rooms are simple, very clean and comfortable and the hosts are charming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when we next visit Golegã. If you enjoy all things equestrian, and Lusitano horses in particular, you will love staying here.

Tancos doesn't have that much to offer, but it is a quaint village on the margin of the river Tagus and in the middle of the river sits Almourol Castle. You can drive to it or hike from the village and the views as you are walking up to the castle and from the top tower are worth the visit. The short boat trip (3mins) to get to the castle adds to its charm. Eating at Almourol restaurnt is also a good value for money option. The food is very good and the service atentive.
