The facade of the hotel is from the 1930's, but the actual hotel and restaurant were built maybe circa 1990.
Usually an hotel's restaurant is a poor "add on". Not in this case, the restaurant is AMAZING and it's the best part of the hotel. Outstanding food, wine and service. You'd be a fool not to enjoy it. Recommended!

It was an absolutely quiet location, somewhere hidden in a small dead-end street, with the atmosphere of a house more than of a hotel. The different levels provided a cosy atmosphere. The swimming pool was also nice. You could also park the car on the premises.
What we really liked was the flexibility and kindness of the owners. Unfortunately our car broke down, could not be repaired and we were being repatriated. So instead of 2 nights we were forced to stay for a few more nights, and the owners were so kind to accommodate us although we did not know how long we had to stay on. They were prepared to store the car at the hotel until it was to be towed. So thank you for this customer friendly attitude!
