Delfim Douro Hotel was in one word Fantastic, even with a minor incident, what the staff directly and very professional corrected. The moment you walk in, the staff is there. With all the friendly help and the pre-checking was quickly. Everything was in my eyes perfect. We loved also that the hotel helped employees with a handicap, to see the Hotel is not afraid to have employee in a in the wheelchair, who solved our little problem with all the professionalism you can get. The restaurant was great, good food for a decent price, good variety wine and loved the desert, Florest chocolate, you have to try it. :-)

Great hotel in an amazing location/Town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and a nice powerful shower. Breakfast was as good as you would expect. Nice rooftop bar. Not much of a view but very cosy.

This was a gem of a find 1970s feel, comfy bed though was standard double hotel was spotlessly clean it sparkled. Friendly staff breakfast was comprehensive and big spread freshly made scrambled eggs was very good. On-site Underground carpark was very useful.
