This place is wonderful! The host, Joao, is exceptional - he's very friendly and deeply cares about his guests! The Villa is a spacious, private two-level house featuring 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large fully-equipped kitchen, a big balcony, and a nice swimming pool. Everything is clean and in good condition. There's an amazing botanical garden and rest areas! It's an ideal place for a family vacation!

What I did not like was the building work in the adjacent building that went on from 8am until 8pm. I feel let down by booking.Com. You must have known about this and you should have warned me so that we could have gone to another hotel. My wife and I are in our 80s and we saved hard for a peacefully holiday and I consider we were let down badly by booking.com.

We booked here to relax after a few big days of hiking and it absolutely delivered what we were hoping it would. Great facilities, had more than we hoped for. Staff were super friendly and helpful, we were leaving very early in the morning for a few day trips and were able to order a breakfast "packed lunch" bag that was delivered to our room the night before which was a really nice touch.

Lovely hotel with pool view rooms and the hotel put us next door to each other which was great, the pool was heated so it was very warm but the last few days it must have been turned off as it was more refreshing when you got in, The staff were very good taking your drinks orders around the pool and the food in the blue bar was very good. there was plenty to choose from at breakfast.
