View was incredible and the room was unexpectedly modern. Breakfast had enormous variety and was very tasty. Overall the hotel had a very modern feel, with great design features. Access to room was very easy with a speedy lift.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The main advantage is its vicinity to the airport, but it would be great for a longer stay too. The staff is very friendly, the room clean. It's suprisingly quiet, given it's right next to the airport.

We have stayed before. The location is close to the Oriente Train station. For overnight stays, the airport is only a 10 minute taxi ride.
The staff are absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them.
Rooms are spotlessly clean, as is the whole hotel.
The breakfast has something for everyone.
Will be staying again.
There isn't a whole lot to like, except the hotel.
There isn't a whole lot to like, except the hotel. It's just a modern suburban ghost town, that doesn't really cater for visitors in terms of restaurants, bars etc. It's a stop-over on the way to Vila Franca, which has some lovely restaurants.

At the reception in the morning of our arrival, the gentleman that did our check in was very kind and went out of his way to make us comfortable. We never had the opportunity to thank him for this attention as he was probably finishing his shift right after. THANK YOU.

Car parking is good both outside and in under ground car park.
