Excellent quiet location, only metres from the pool and a short walk to the beach. Definitely need a car if in Quinto for handiness of getting around. Apartment had everything we needed and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Good selection of channels on the TV and nice outdoor space for eating or lounging. Pool bar food was ok-only ate once. Didn’t catch the guys name serving but he was very friendly. No card machine so needed cash to pay which was a bit inconvenient.

The pool was lovely with a nice cafe for lunch and drinks. No queing for sun beds in the morning and plenty of space with life guard on duty all day.
Victory village is in a nice location, close to the beach and other amenties.
This resort is situated on the 2,000-acre Quinta do Lago Estate, 4 km from Almancil's centre. It offers an indoor swimming pool, a children’s pool, a gym and championship golf courses.

What a beautifully managed area of Portugal .
Admittedly it does feel a little like you might be on the set of the Truman Show / Stepford Wives but when you are looking to escape for a week it feels like you are in a perfect bubble. On the flip side its not so great if you are looking for the real Portugal as the area is also full of people with second homes and the prices of everything from drinks to hotel rooms reflect this.
However the area feels super safe to families as there are great beaches and activities which run along with the multitude of golf courses for the adults.
You can pretty much cycle everywhere but also taxis are surprisingly cheap for the area and most hotels run shuttle buses to the beaches.

Perfect accommodation, large terrace, beautiful kitchen with all appliances we needed. Good choice of restaurants in the area. Amazing holiday destination which we will definitely be returning. Only negative point was that there was not a suitcase stand as we do not like to place suitcases on bed when emptying. Beautiful, comfy large bed with large bathroom. Summary =the perfect holiday, thankyou Quinta do Lago Country Club.

Not child/ family friendly. Outdoor pool freezing. Indoor pool reserved for adults only even though when we booked it had children’s times scheduled. Main reason we booked was for the indoor pool. Very isolated if you don’t have a car. Otherwise everything was as expected in a 5star hotel.

You need a rental car unless you want to stay entirely in the hotel. Limited supermarket in walking distance for beverages and chips. In 2,5km distance at the entrance of the resort is shopping Center with a more equipped supermarket.

Quinta do Lago was just beautiful, very high end with plenty of good restaurants to choose from. We were there primarily for golf and the South Course of Quinta do Lago was stunning. Plenty of amazing houses around the course to keep me entertained when I wasn't watching the golf.
We ate out at a variety of different restaurants, Bovinos, Paixa, Tony's, Casa do Lago and The Cheeky Pup, all very different from the next, but all served up top quality food and had a great atmosphere, even at the beginning of November when I would have expected things to have quietened down.
We walked a fair bit around Quinta and I found it exceptionally clean and well tended to. I will definitely be back.
Staff were friendly and helpful, pool facilities were excellent and apartment was a gem, exceptional, modern, comfortable and a great location, close to restaurants and bars and beach. Fantastic walks available all along the coast, also cycle paths. close to all golf resorts / clubs. An fantastic apartment and stay!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this bright and spacious hotel. Room was large with balcony overlooking garden. Lovely infinity pool. Friendly and attentive staff. Generous buffet breakfast to suit all tastes including a far-too-tempting array of pastries! This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back.

The hotel is spacious and the decorations and artwork are beautiful. We had a standard room which felt more like a suite, the kitchenette was well appointed and the room overall was comfortable.
Clean spacious apartment with everything you need, pool area beautiful, pool bar and restaurant served really good food and drinks and the people who run it are so friendly and lovely!
