The pool area is great, and the room is good, too. The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, but that doesn't help much if your objective from the start was to stay in the hotel and relax for the entire time.

Nice and Cultural rich city but seems to be crowded with tourists and not so quiet anymore. You can get excellent food at "Trancoso" or "Avenida" restaurants. Near Gerês so you can drive and visit but again expect a lot of traffic due to tourists (in August, at least).

The house was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable. the hosts brought us firewood for the fire, and were very accommodating.
Only a 10 minute drive from Povoa de Lanhoso, or 30 minutes from Braga.
Everything was amazing, pool, very close to Gerês and Póvoa de Lanhoso, the owners were awesome very nice people, they helped with anything we needed, we will definitely come back soon.
