It was spotless and very well situated with stunning views. There was a bar and the breakfast was value for money and delicious. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The pool was a welcome addition.

Gorgeous location and great facilities, pools, beaches, the garden. We had a wonderful family reunion, and the villa allowed us to build life time memories of sharing meals and laughter on the two terraces, spend quality time together surrounded by flowers, trees and so many types of birds. A paradise in the sunny and beautiful Algarve.

The little town of Porches itself is of no interest whatsoever.
Supermarkets and restaurants are all located in or near the village resorts in the neighborhood.
And there are nice harbor towns in the vicinity with good sea food restaurants.
From the neighborhood of Porches many interesting trips can be made by car or by boat.

House was excellent, very well equipped with everything...
House was excellent, very well equipped with everything provided and more extras. Air conditioning was great, pool and grounds were perfect.Had a barbecue every night on upper terrace with stunning views. Location was lovely close to beaches and short walk to supermarket and lovely town. Host was very welcoming and went out of her way to help us. Will definitely return and didn't want to go back home, could have lived there forever.

Whole Algarve is simply wonderful.
Whole Algarve is simply wonderful. I especially recommend to visit cities like Lagos, Faro and beatiful beaches around Porches. Car, or taxi services needed if you do not prefer long walking (my preference).

After driving through the area quite a bit I felt that I just liked the environment of Porches a bit better. It’s pretty central in the Algarve, which allows for trips to Faro or the west coast, or anything in between.
We liked everything! Christophe and his staff were warm and so helpful. The location for us was perfect as it wasn’t right in the middle of a highly touristy beach town but the closest beaches were easily walkable and beautiful.
The breakfasts were awesome and we did our best not to miss the tea and cake served in the late afternoon ! And the wine bar was excellent- just for guests so it was really intimate and a great way to meet other guests. In short, Christophe, Sophie and staff provided an experience we will not soon forget!!
Very comfortable bungalow at excellent location with a wonderful view of the ocean from sitting room, patio and roof terrace. The house is extremely well equipped, especially the very roomy kitchen.
Hosts are very friendly and helpful by email and WhatsApp.

Very relaxed atmosphere because it was late season. (In summertime probably not so quiet, but nice if you have children.)
Nice flat really close to Nossa Senhora da Rocha and other beautiful beaches with everything you need to spend some time in the heart of Algarve. The kitchen is super well equipped, we cooked almost everyday, there's always space in front of the door to park the car (for free), the swimming pool is big and just around the corner. The bathrooms are modern and the bed was comfy! Nice outside space with a very enjoyable view on Armação. Air conditioning is a big plus as well!
Location was very good; next to a few beautiful beaches and other cities like Portimao and Albufeira are easily reachable if you have a car.
This llittle house was big enough for the entire family of 9 people with enough bathrooms and kitchen was well equiped.
Outdoor space is great as well with terrasses and green space downstairs for the kids to run around.
Kids loved the swimming pools as well.

Very easy to find and to get the keys. Kitchen very well equipped. Perfect view out to the sea, from balcony and roof terrace, and close to restaurants and grocery shopping. Easy and fast communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay here again.
The best location on Algarve. Very nice neighborhood. For us 4 for 3 nights was perfect. Big rooms with balconies, a big bathroom and a big kitchen. Quite comfortable sofa bed. Missing only a wardrobe in a living room (when there are more than 2 guests) and some hangers for clothes or jackets at the entrance (on the hall).
The appartment is splendid and the decoration is great. It feels just like home.

Good location, easy 5 minutes walk to the beaches, excellent restaurants nearby. The staff at White Shell are very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was always good and fresh and not crowded. Lunch was equally great. Evening cocktails on the rooftop terrace were very nice.
Location…close to the beach. That someone personally met with us to view the property and give us the keys. Reserved a boat tour of Benagil and other caves from the local beach with a resident guide. Well appointed apartment. Washing machine. Market 4 minutes away by car.
The shared grounds just outside the villa were lovely and a wonderful safe place for the kids to play. The villa is also just a short walk to a stunning beach. There are many lovely terraces to enjoy a meal or read a book. The owner is extremely friendly and responsive!
We stayed in Casa Das Areias which was clean, comfortable, cozy, and had everything you could need for a 2-week holiday at a reasonable price. We can not forget the swimming pool where we spent most of our time. We loved our time in Algarve and we plan to return.
The villas are nice and well-clean. As vegetarians, we very much value having a kitchen, and it was very well-equipped.
The hotel was calm, green, and close to beautiful beaches (10-minute walk). Free access to e-bikes, tennis, and padel courts is nice.
We were attending a wedding in Porches and selected this rental because it was close to the venue. We are so pleased with our choice. The villa was pleasant and clean. Lucien was an attentive host who did his utmost to make us comfortable.
This villa is a very cozy and comfortable place with a beautiful view from the windows and terrace, interior and marine design, a lot of space, all the necessary kitchen utensils, proximity to the sea and private parking.
We liked the modern style of the apartment, seeing wonderful full moon at night sitting in the balcony, cool pool nearby, very helpful host, ease of getting into the apartment.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. The service and quality are far above average. I would gladly book this hotel again at any time
