I have had the most amazing stay at Casa Da Trigueira, Antonio his wife and the staff are most welcoming and a true testament to Portuguese hospitality. Apart from immaculate and well presented rooms the highlight is breakfast

The location is a nice and quiet area. Also the hostess is a nice lady trying to help. A generous yard enables parking and a good relaxing time at a pool with a lawn and a comfortable sort of gazebo. A nice ambience altogether.

Excellent hosts and Bruno speaks fluent English. The pool was lovely but we did not have enough time to enjoy it this year. The property is at a working vineyard with stunning views and the whole area is beautiful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool and countryside views. We stayed in for 3 nights and were spoilt with their high standard of cuisine and presentation - all served with their own delicious wine and ports. We will be back!

It was located in a very small and quiet village with a great atmosfere. The house was very clean and had everything you need to spend a few relaxing days.
There were a lot of friednly dogs from the neigbour houses. If you are also a dog person, you will love it!
