The hotel has 6 or 7 different pools, all of them are amazing. It's great because you can spend each day in a different spot and all of them feel quite different. The breakfast has a lot of options and all the staff is very very nice. The location is epic, right next to Montargil lake. Lots of different cocktails and drinks to choose from.

The view from the roundhouse is excellent, but from the villas the view wasn't that spectacular, as the wonderful shady trees also detracted a little from the view. But still very good.

Fantastic hosting Luis and all family were super welcome. It exceeded our expectations for a tent stay, the weather upon arrival was not the best but the tent was extremely comfortable. It was wonderful to wake up by the sounds of the nature.
There was some dogs all very friendly.

This is a very clean and well equipped house with a lovely balcony.
We stayed for 3 days and had a great time. The locals are friendly and Manuel (who owned the shop next door) was particularly helpful. Both he and the host speak English and were very accommodating.

How kind the owner is and all staff so caring and kind
It doesn't have much to do. If you are going to relax and be in nature, it can be great. But we were expecting to find more leisure options, like water sports and hiking. You can go on your own and with your own equipment, but we couldn't find companies who provide them.
Also, there are not many restaurants to pick.

The area around the lake is really nice.
The area around the lake is really nice. We really enjoyed the food in the restaurants in Mora and Cabeção. For kids, you may want to check the Fluviário and do water sports. It's a very nice trip just a 1,5 hours from Lisbon.

Bar, lounge and dinning area over look the Montargil Dam reservoir..Lovely outside decked area to enjoy the wide variety of beverages available.
Dinner was the the Chef's surprise, so no menu but fantastic local produce, and enjoyed by us all( 7 of us!!).....
Again the breakfast spread amazing.We only stayed 1 night, but will be returning for sure.
The hotel place was very calm, perfect place to relax. I want to leave special gratitude to the brazilian manager that was in the hotel.
My boyfriend had an early morning flight and went to breakfast even before it opened. The manager, made him feel very comfortable and even told him to have breakfast. He definitely made our stay, very special.
Hope he will see this message, he definitely deserves his position, he went beyond our expectations.
What a relaxing and enjoyable stay! We only stayed one night here on a road trip through Portugal, but I wish we could have stayed longer. This place is so quiet and peaceful. The room felt luxurious and the beds were comfortable. The view was gorgeous, too! My family enjoyed the spa circuit and making a reservation meant we had the whole pool area to ourselves. The breakfast was outstanding, too!

great location. the existence of several swimming pools (one of them for +16) is a plus. the room are spacious, there's a coffee machine and a balcony.
we had one or two minor issues that were communicated to the staff and promptly solved.

The paid treatments on the SPA were very pleasant. We did not tried the free circuit.
Extremelly peaceful place with lots of space and time to relax. Derby the dog is very friendly with kids. The lake is clean almost like a swimming pool.
