Staff were great - very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent and it was absolutely no problem to adjust dishes to accommodate my wife's lactose intolerance. Property was beautifully renovated.

The place is amazing. Located on a hill the view ober the Douro valley is amazing. There is a free private parking on the property. The hostess was very nice and helpful. She greeted us and showed to our room and other facilities. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The views from both the room and adjecent bathroom was amazing. The later was clean and had everything we required. The breakfast was delicious. We were offered a bread basket, a variety of jams, fruit and coffee. We also got freshly squeezed orange juice! Overall, it was an amazing overnight stay, we are sorry we couldn’t stay longer.
