The staff helped me with breakfast. I am vegetarian and they provided me with good options. I wrote to them in advance, of course. I appreciated it a lot. The hotel itself is beautiful, very quiet, at least it was when I was there. The room I was in was large but each room varies a little. The rooms have a fridge, which is great so you can purchase whatever you want from the nearby large supermarket (just steps away) and keep it in the fridge. I loved the balcony. The restaurants is beautiful and what I ordered was tasty (and the portion was good). The pool is huge and perfectly clean. Fabulous place.

I liked the fact that I had the pool of for myself since there was nobody else using it. However, this is really only suitable for those who speak fluent Portuguese for the reason highlighted below. Also do not place any garbage in the room of any kind because you will be invaded by ants.

Everything is brand new in this almost perfect hotel in the centre of the lovely city of Sertã. The pool and it's surroundings are amazing and the staff is kind and professional. If they take care of some little details like adding a showerhead holder and stopping the door from softly banging when someone walks on the floor,it will be a perfect 10!!!!
