Wonderful house in the fantastic Furnas! It's a very traditional house with a soul and very tranquile athmosphere. It is situated very close to Pocas da d.Beija hot springs - which is my favorite place in Furnas.
We had very nice time there and already dreaming to come back one day!

We had a wonderful stay. Anita is a kind and very helpful host. The appartment is new and beautifully decorated. All amenities are present. Large kitchen. Much storage space. Great terras. The appartment is situated near the most important restaurants and things to visit. Highly recommanded!!

We wanted to buy a house there we loved it so much. It has access to a nice little beach, which is rare, most of the island has cliffs. The village is small but beautiful, the people are friendly and we immediately felt at home. There are many things to go see and do, in every direction.

Maia is a small and quiet city - unless we missed something there is more of less nothing to see in the city except a small spot to swim and very local shops.
Definitely not the highlight of our travel in the Azores but a very nice and quiet place to stay.
