We had a terrific experience at the hotel, from the staff, nice and clean rooms and an amazing breakfast. Too bad our stay was a bit short, we will definitely come back.

We had a room on the 16th floor with river views , the views were out of this world amazing, the bed was huge and so comfy, also some lovely welcoming gifts.
Breakfast was fabulous, they have set breakfast times you choose an option, for example we had 7:45 to 8:30, it really works as the hotel is incredibly busy. The staff both on reception, in the restaurant and bar were so professional and helpful. The house keepers were great. The hotel is in the perfect location, with the train station across the road, as well as a massive shop centre across the other side, restaurants everywhere, short walk to the water and aquarium. Tapas is a must.
