We booked this family owned hotel almost by chance because we needed a place to stop after our flight to Faro.
We loved the position and gave us the possibility to explore the beautiful city center!
The check in was very smooth and the owner, a very kind lady, decided to give us an upgrade so that the kids would have been more comfortable! So kind! Thank you fo everything!

We lived in Goldra, Loulé for 6 years and thought we knew every hotel, restaurant and coffee shop. We had to return for a day so I went onto Booking.com to find something adequately priced. I found Casa Beny. The photos looked too good to be true, but the price was within our budget. I was pleasantly surprised. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful. Clean. We stayed for another night. It is located right in the heart of Loulé. And the photos on booking.com are very much a true reflection of what you see. I wish we had taken photos of our room before we unpacked. Most photos are of the view from upstairs. We didn’t know they have an upstairs outside area with seating and tables till last night. You get to sit in peace and watch the sunset. Magnificent.

The hotel was eay to find.
The hotel was eay to find. We arrived very late and outside of normal check-in times, but the staff were easy to contact (no staff present in hotel overnight) and quickly came to check us in.
We were staying on the top floor (no elevator) but the staff carried our bags.
The hotel is very charming and full of character.
No nasty plastic bottles of water but rather a glass bottle.
Great experience.

A small friendly town with beautiful old buildings and a lot of great cafés and restaurants. Perfect as a quiet retreat away from the larger and busier tourist places, but still central enough to use as a home base for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend a car if possible because in means of public transport it is a little remote.
Recommendation for a special tourist attraction: the salt mines offer a great tour and they're just a 20 minute walk from the city center!

We went to Loule specifically to experience the Loule Carnivale (Mar 19-20-21, 2023, and were NOT disappointed. Besides that, we found Loule to be welcoming and friendly. a very quaint town with all the sights within easy walking distances.
We enjoyed a variety of foods from traditional Portuguese, Sushi, Italian, Kebab and high end gourmet.

Excellent well run establishment, Very clean all areas, Great Wi-Fi next to no down time.. Excellent breakfast good choice all tastes, fry to continental, fresh bread great choice. Staff all areas helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel highly. Granted you pay for what you get in life this property is worth the extra. I stayed in one of their best rooms top floor large balcony.
The resort is located in a very quiet area but not too far from the center of Loule and the main attractions and restaurants. The room is bright and wide, likewise the bathroom was very spacious and provided with everything you need. The SPA/ Wellness center is a real gem, perfect to recharge and relax. The personnel is exceptional, always smiling and ready to satisfy your needs. It is one of the best quality / price relationship that I have ever encountered. We will definitely trying to stay again.
Loved the stay in Loulé at downtown Loulé. The communication with the hotel was great and the rooms were really nice, each one with their theme. The location was central and we managed to find amazing places to eat in Loulé and it was a good place to stay because we also wanted to visit the wine yard “Quinta da tôr” which was nearby. If you have the chance, take the opportunity to take a few days from the coast and go up to the mountains and visit Loulé.
Loule Charming is very charming. It was very clean, comfortable and very modern. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The area is quiet. There is a McDonald’s across the street, a supermarket right down the block, a lovely restaurant around the corner, as well as other restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Vanessa was a great host.

Pristine accommodation, central location in the middle of town near the central market but in a quiet spot so you can get a good night’s sleep. Free access to a kitchen to prepare simple meals with a Private fridge for each room.Fabulous rooftop terrace with village views. Accommodating friendly host. Will definitely return.
Bruno was over the top helpful! Ida (sp) is amazing. The room came with a claw tub, huge windows, a place to hang clothes, spotless facilities, plenty of towels and soaps and body lotion. Downtown is in the middle of Loule just across from the Mercado Loule, the place to be on a Saturday morning.
Best thing about the property is its location in the centre of Loulé. It is old and rundown, badly in need of refurbishing. It is, however, very clean. I paid the same price two nights earlier for a much nicer hotel. Unfortunately, they were sold out for the last night of my stay in Loulé.
The hotel itself was gorgeous, and the location in Loule was the best. Set on a quiet park, one walked easily into town. Also, the staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us,as my husband had a walking disability. Our room was so well equipped to help a disabled person.
Loule is a lovely town and the apartment was in a great location. Its a wonderful newly updates place that was nicely done. Jose was a great host and very helpful/accommodating. We would highly recommend the Porto 20 to those wanting a nice place to stay in the Algarve.
The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is great, very well equipped. The bathroom is clean and functional.
The staff are very fast in replying and super accommodating. The location is very much in the centre of Loulé, close to the market
We stayed here on a room only basis however the facilities including the well appointed kitchen were excellent for preparing food. Lovely swimming pool and grounds set in a quiet area of Loule. The hosts were really kind and helpful.
The place was exactly as described and within our goal, walking distance to the Loule Carnival. The weather was a little too cool to enjoy the rooftop deck, but the stay was wonderful anyway. The hosts were helpful and friendly
It was a quiet, comfortable, and very well maintained place, conveniently situated near the centre of Loulé. A rustic feel to a unique communal kitchen area that looks almost cave like with a pool and jacuzzi.
It was an amazing experience, with highlights to the place where it's located and the host, who's a great guy.
Whenever I get the chance to go back to Algarve, I'm definitely staying at the same place.
The location was excellent near the center of town. The apartment was bright, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of hot water and would recommend this place.
The staff at the hotel were kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is charming and quiet. The breakfast that was complimentary was absolutely delicious and contained an abundance of choices
For us the location was central to the wedding we visited Portugal for and not too long of a drive to the beach and harbour, but far enough away for a relaxing holiday.
lovely location and we were very well treated.
it’s more like an air b&b experience than a hotel but very personal and relaxing
loule town is great too
