The house is newly refurbished, to a high specification, very clean. The bed is comfy and towels great quality. You can park right outside, for free, and close to town but still quiet. The kitchen is large, as is the outside area - but it is shared with the other guests. The bedroom large, with a fantastic en-suite.

I really enjoy staying at Alamal River Club. Vitor and Nela were terrific hosts (it's all in the small details..), everything was ready as we had requested, the ac worked well, the windows were soundproof, and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, lots of variety and great quality - homemade. Warm bread and pastries make all the difference! The location is as relaxing as it gets. River beach with sand, ducks swimming and strolling around, a pleasant green area nearby... It's a lovely place both for a couple and four families.

Set in Ponte de Sor, Residencial as Canárias has a terrace. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

On arrival, we were warmly greeted by a friendly, smiling girl who was very helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable with a delightful outside sitting area set in the lush grounds of the Equestrian Centre. The choice at breakfast was very good and the food was eaten in a sunny glass conservatory. There was plenty of parking, (just up from the rooms and away from the road.) We highly recommend Vale De Ferreiros.
