Everything was perfect, the lady at the desk helped me solve a big issue.
The night before there was an important football match and I had an early flight. Usually from there, you take an Uber in 5 min and it's very close to the airport.
That morning Lisbon was full of people around celebrating from the evening before, and everyone was looking for Uber or Taxi. So no one was available, the lady at the desk that morning managed to call a friend/taxi driver for me at 5 in the morning.
She saved my flight and I was happy to pay a big tip to the taxi driver.
Honestly, without her, I wouldn't get home on time.
Thanks again, I'm sorry I don't know the name. She is really helpful and supportive.

I found the area very hilly and not too much to do really around where I stayed, I only used this as a base while I was here for an event so that was fine for me but I would have found it a bit different if I was there without something else I had planned.
