Room was clean, towels were clean. I didn't use the kitchen, but seems it has everything needed.

Excellent place.
The house is quite old but has everything you need. The location is perfect. Close to a supermarket, the Voctoria' beach is just a few minutes driving by car.
The house has a big taras/patio with a big tree, a table and some chairs. Very relaxing place.
Go stay somewhere nicer on Terceira. I only stayed in the very windy village of Lajas for one night to be closer to the airport for my very early flight. There are some restaurants here but don't expect much. Praia do Vitoria is nearby if you like to hear airplanes overhead.
