The owner is really friendly and patient. We travelled with 6 tweenagers and she didnt mind the noise. The apartment is really big, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big living room and spacious kitchen. Two balconies also.

Very clean hotel, and the room we had, couldn't complain about anything there.
Location is good, very close to train station and a very short walk in to town.
Staff were always polite and helpful. They have private parking but only 2 Spaces so you have to pre book. But you can get parked on the street without a problem.
I would advise anyone wanting to stay in Famicliao to boom this hotel. Its a little gem.
We did upgrade to the larger room as we were on holiday.

The apartment was exactly what we expected having all the facilities needed for our stay and looked renovated. The beds were comfy and the bathroom fully functional. The last floor had a nice terrace, handy to view the fireworks on this new year's night. There is no breakfast included but you can cook anything over there and you have several supermarkets closeby. The location was central to the new year city celebrations. It was a good choice to spend some time with friends.
