We specially like (and praise) the fact that they are "pet friendly". We booked the hotel because it is a new 5* hotel, pet friendly, and ideally located to commute. We just stay for a night hoping to find excellent facilities, high comfort and service. The breakfast was excellent, but crowded. All rest, disappointing to say the least!
