The breakfast is an absolute 10. The area around is so well- preserved: pool, garden, etc. They do offer massage services for very fair price. The do allow dogs & the extra is just 10 euros. They have reception open all time, so no problem with late check in. They do offer towels for the pool.

Location in the center of Odeceixe Normal room, nothing spectaculair. It was very clean. Bathroom was very dated, that doesn't matter as long as it s clean but the shower was really too old. Clean but too old.

Nelia was a fantastic host. She was very flexible, polite, friendly, great communication and tips, attentive but discreet... The place is well located to discover and enjoy the area, and it has all you need in terms of equipment, amenities and food for a big great breakfast. This is a gem, mainly thanks to Nelia. DO NOT STAY HERE! IT´S THAT SIMPLE!  This place is an absolute nightmare. Aggressive managers, dirty place, safety issues, run down kitchen, noisy building, the standards claimed on Booking.com were not matched! Be careful, please, for the sake of your family.
Very bad experience. Harassment, trespassing and aggression from the managers late at night despite the presence of a 4 year old kid!    When entering the flat, we noticed that it was dirty, especially the kitchen which was run down, dirty and not looked after. We paid for a two bedroom flat and only one bedroom was ready, the other one was just left in a mess and not cleaned.    We called the managers to let them know. They came later to prepare the second bedroom. They said that they forgot. This can happen. We didn’t really believe them though.    We also asked them to get some basic things for the kitchen such as tea towels, because some basics were missing in the kitchen.  The shower tap in the bathroom also was half broken.  The opening/closing system of the windows giving direct access to the street were broken. This was a safety issue and worried us. The walls of the flat are very thin and we can hear everything very clearly from the neighbors. Plus a long list of things that were not meant to be there in a flat claiming a high standard.    LET US BE CLEAR : we are travellers and our standards are not high at all as we used to travel in countries like India or in South East Asia, but the lack of care and the lies about the standards of this place seen on booking.com are not acceptable!  Especially that the price is very high for what you get!
