The room was nice and airy, AC quiet when needed, all facilities that we used lovely - the breakfast buffet, the bar, the spa and the pool. Everyone was very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Great location, cozy rooms,I’d love to visit this place again.
They have a very beautiful courtyard. It was such a peaceful and charming space, perfect for relaxing and having breakfast or drinking coffee.
I highly recommend this place.
P.S “It’s important to know that there is no reception, and arrival is self-guided with a code for entry.”

Super professional and friendly, extremely good. (literally I had a conference at the Ritz Penha Longa Resort, which is twice as expensive, and the staff at Evolution was miles better)

We loved it where we stayed but didn't explore Estoril itself very much since we rather wanted to enjoy the beach and the beach bar on our short stay, but we often walked to Cascais along the beach which is a great walk.

The appartment was very fine and Miguel is the perfect host, but Estoril is a hole! The most uncharming place I have ever stayed. There is nothing not even a supermarket or a restaurant! We arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday even though we have booked the whole week! There was 2 restaurants below the appartment, but I never saw more than 4 people.
Both on Thursday and Friday there was some sort of competition of who had the biggest motorcycle and we were unable to sleep. The beach was 2 minuts apart, but really boring. I was promised a sea front view - not excisting! Whitin 25 minuts you can walk to Cascais which is a terrible turist trap and a really boring walk.

Estoril is a crown jewel in the Portugese Rivera.
Estoril is a crown jewel in the Portugese Rivera. I lived there for years and love Estoril and Cascais although the latter is beginning to look like Blackpool
Excellent restaurants, casino green space golf courses all serve to make it a great place to live and holiday

Loved the area, was close to go to Sintra for a day of exploring. That was a magical place. Loved the shopping, the beach, the food. Gorgeous view of the beach. It was warm and lovely in April. We used taxi to get around and it was very reasonable rates.

Estoril is a beautiful location to stay.
Estoril is a beautiful location to stay. Walking along the promenade towards Caiscais was wonderful and we got to experience the sea in many different moods, calm, stormy and just blue waves most days. It is so easy to get the train to Lisbon from here, just get a Navigante Occasionale card. We also used a very reasonably priced Uber to go to Sintra, which was stunning, a must-see. We had some amazing food, you need to try Manjar da Vila in Caiscais, very authentic Portuguese cuisine.
The hotel was central to both Cascais and Estoril and the views from the hotel balcony were amazing. We had a room on the 8th floor so the noise from the road did not disturb us at all. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. People state the rooms are dated which is true but everything is in working order so did not bother us at all. We also used the fridge every day and the cooking facilities a few times and they all worked perfectly. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would have no hesitation in visiting again
Family run property. Clean. Lovely setting amongst renovated manor Houses in Estoril hills. Romantic looking property. Close to Estoril Casino, Garrett patisserie, and the promenade. Also fairly close to the train station.
Fair facilities for a 2 star no frills property.
The hotel provided lactose free milk for breakfast.
Friendly staff. Free internet.
Quiet property. Restful.
Lovely gardens.
Room was a good size. TV only in local language. Pool a good size but in shade and so always cold. Not enough sun beds. Snack bar was fine but basic. Beds comfy and nice hotel but a bit far from main areas of Estoril. Arrived 20 mins before checj in and was told had to wait which as annoying but overall its an ok hotel
The Hotel Palacio Estoril is the grande dame of hotels in this area. It is a hotel with history, and the fabulous décor reflects her grand style.
The rooms are well appointed as are the bathrooms with thick cotton towels and bath robes.
The Banyan Tree Spa is superlative. The best spa ever.
Very good value for money. Breakfast is more than adequate. Secure parking. Sea views with close proximity to sea.. Friendliness of "staff". 5 minute walk to train for short and cheap journeys to both Lisbon and Cascais. Train every 20 minutes.
