Receptionist Marie was amazing and Rafael who served breakfast was fantastic. All the staff were brilliant, but when these two people were on duty it was fantastic. Couldn’t do enough for you.

A bit outside of the city life. Roads leading to the hotel are rather narrow and so are the sidewalks. The staff was friendly and the room was nice. Would I stay there for the second time? Yes, if I like enjoying the nature sounds more than traffic sounds. Nice, quiet area.

I have fully reported on Trip advisor I was given a room next to the 24/7 lifts and the noise.i complained and was promised an upgrade (didn't happen, same room different location) promised free breakfast again irrelevant, as they don't check who has paid.
Wrote asking to talk to the hotel director. Ignored until my TA review. This is a badge hotel for Eastern European coach parties on one night stands. I regarded my room as cynical having booked for 6 nights they presumed I'd live with the noise. WRONG. Evening buffet inedible. Breakfast fine, staff courteous
management called me and offered 2 nights for one then 15% discount. All I wanted was an apology for the error of judgement. This is simply not the #3 hotel in Estoril by a country mile

Estoril is a crown jewel in the Portugese Rivera. I lived there for years and love Estoril and Cascais although the latter is beginning to look like Blackpool
Excellent restaurants, casino green space golf courses all serve to make it a great place to live and holiday

Loved the area, was close to go to Sintra for a day of exploring. That was a magical place. Loved the shopping, the beach, the food. Gorgeous view of the beach. It was warm and lovely in April. We used taxi to get around and it was very reasonable rates.

Estoril is a beautiful location to stay.
Estoril is a beautiful location to stay. Walking along the promenade towards Caiscais was wonderful and we got to experience the sea in many different moods, calm, stormy and just blue waves most days. It is so easy to get the train to Lisbon from here, just get a Navigante Occasionale card. We also used a very reasonably priced Uber to go to Sintra, which was stunning, a must-see. We had some amazing food, you need to try Manjar da Vila in Caiscais, very authentic Portuguese cuisine.

Estirol is located near beautiful beaches - beach promenade walk to Cascias is easy - flat and good for all ages - lots of restaurants and bars near by - train into Lisbon or Sintra - perfect location
The breakfast was excellent, one of the best we have had. There was great variety, high quality, and a reasonable price. The room had a good view of the sea and coastline, although the balcony was noisy as the hotel is by a busy junction on the main road. With the double glazing the room was quiet if the door was shut. The room was modern and there was a great shower. The gym on the sixth floor was very well equipped and with lovely views towards Cascais.
Staff were so good girls at bar in particular were so friendly to be honest all the staff in hotel are fabulous ,short walk to beach were u can jump on train to Lisbon which takes 30 mins, its also only only 1 stop to cascais in opposite direction . You can also walk along the sea front to cascais in 20 mins which is nicest place iv been its fab ,I would definitely return you are central to everything and price is so reasonable
A quirky place to stay. It actually a beach institute for impoverished children from across Portugal. Right across the road from a beautiful, secluded beach. There’s a tunnel to get to the beach. Staff is the sweetest group of people you’ll ever meet. Steps away from the San Pedro Estriol train station.
Wonderful friendly staff, nice hotel, very clean, daily housekeeping, good breakfast, good guest WIFI. Good location. Not far from the city train and bus stop from which you can get to Alcabides, Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon and other destinations. Cascais 10 minutes walk along the beautiful promenade.
This location was great for us, as it is right in the middle of Sintra and Cascais, and it was so close to the beach and beautiful boardwalk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was always clean and well set up for us.
Hotel Smart is a rare find. Quite a gem. Very close to the beach - you can walk all the way to Cascais. It's near the train station, so it's easy to get to Lisbon. I like staying just outside noisy city centers - and this place fit the bill.
Loved the proximity of this property to the beach , Cascais, and public transport into Lisbon. Very pretty neighbour good with many good places to eat. Comfortable and clean hotel but could do with some modernizing. Lovely pool area
amazing room with top quality. Family was so friendly with a lovely white small dog.. ohh i ll miss to play with him. Apartahotel is wonderful. I m not exaggerating but room,, bed, cleanless and friendliness were top..
Location. Quick walking distance to
Supermarket, beach and train station.
On fourth floor ( 3rd floor in Portugal as firsf floor is 0) so it is good for exercise.
Quiet neighborhood of mostly local peopls.
Beautiful building, quirky decorations. Great location with easy access to Lisbon and Cascais via the train. Shirt walk to the beach and bars.
Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful. Outside areas lovely.
There was no breakfast but the host provided us with everything needed, Estoril prime stay was just like a home. The host is just so awesome and pleasant, she really made us feel comfortable.
